Tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan metode Weighted Product dalam pengambilan keputusan penerima zakat. Zakat merupakan bagian dari harta seseorang, yang menurut agama Islam jika harta tersebut sudah melampaui batas nishab maka diwajibkan kepada pemiliknya untuk diserahkan kepada seseorang yang berhak menerimanya dengan persyaratan tertentu atau disebut dengan mustahiq zakat. Dalam perhitungan Weighted Productdigunakan beberapa kriteria acuan untuk seluruh alternatif dengan melakukan perkalian untuk menghubungkan rating atribut, di mana rating setiap atribut harus dipangkatkan dahulu dengan bobot atribut yang bersangkutan. Hasil akhir perhitungan Weighted Product adalah nilai vektor V, di mana alternatif yang mendapat nilai V tertinggi merupakan alternatif yang diprioritaskan sebagai penerima zakat.
In order to provide good service to the community, it is necessary to ensure the quality control of human resources in tertiary institutions, both lecturers and educational staff. One of the ways to ensure the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by conducting performance assessments of lecturers which can be done within a certain period. This study designed a web-based for lecturer performance appraisal decision support system application by calculating five criteria with a predetermined scale, namely, student surveys of lecturer teaching, research, community service, educational levels and functional positions. The criteria that have been determined will be calculated using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. In this study, the design of appraisal system was made using use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The results of the decision support method are able to provide alternative data ranking for lecturers from the largest value to the smallest value.
- Mathematics is one of the compulsory subjects in basic education, because mathematics has an important role both in everyday life and in the development of science and technology. In the world of education, mastery of mathematical competencies is known as mathematical literacy skills. In order to help teachers to provide understanding to students, it is necessary to apply Realistic Mathematic Education (RME), In the implementation of RME, a web-based exercise book was developed so that students could use it in learning mathematics by solving problems in real life mathematically so that students' mathematical literacy skills could be improved. The result of this research is a web-based application using waterfall method that contains exercises in mathematics according to the RME approach which can be used as a medium for learning mathematics. Matematika mempunyai peran penting baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dalam dunia pendidikan, penguasaan kompetensi matematika dikenal dengan istilah kemampuan literasi matematika. Dalam rangka membantu pengajar untuk memberi pemahaman kepada siswa maka perlu diterapkan pembelajaran dengan mendesain soal tipe Realistic Mathematics Education. Dalam implementasi RME dikembangkan suatu exercise yang berbasis web agar dapat digunakan siswa dalam mempelajari matematika dengan menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan nyata secara matematis sehingga kemampuan literasi matematika siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang memuat latihan soal metematika tipe soal Realistic Mathematics yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika. Aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan metode penelitian pengembangan waterfall. Pengguna sistem adalah siswa dan guru sebagai admin. Skin disease can be suffered by all people and ages as a common disease. In general treatment for people with skin diseases is by consulting to medical experts and asking for a medicine prescription. However, by utilizing current communication technology, sufferers are able to get good information about skin diseases. The expert system for the diagnosis of skin diseases has been done before. However, the expert system is built based on web and desktop, so it is less flexible in use, moreover in supporting self assistance for the skin disease sufferer. Therefore, this study aims to develop an Android-based expert system that can help diagnose skin diseases in humans as well as provide recommendations of generic medicine as first aid. The expert system developed by implementing the Forward Chaining (FC) method as an inference technique. This research was conducted in five phases, namely data collection, analysis system, design system, implementation, and testing. The knowledge base in this expert system includes 39 types of skin diseases, 83 symptoms, 16 types of generic drugs, 150 lines rules of skin disease diagnosis, and 39 lines recommendations of generic drug.
Today the development of the industrial world and technology is growing rapidly. The development of these two fields has a significant impact on all fields of human activity, one of which is the field of education. The influence of the times has pushed the output of higher education to be required to be able to compete and advance the country in the face of competition in the industrial era 4.0. Students in this case as outputs need to hone their academic and non-academic abilities so that they are ready to face the future in the current era of competition, so it is necessary to make an assessment of students to realize these goals. In addition, it is necessary to conduct student assessments in order to provide achievement motivation among students and create a better academic culture. In addition, it is hoped that this selection process can be adopted as a system for fostering achievement in higher education. Assessment of outstanding students in higher education can be done by using a qualified computing infrastructure. One of the mathematical methods that can be developed to assess outstanding students is the TOPSIS method. This method will later be implemented with a Decision Support System that is able to act as a data processor because it is facilitated by a database. From the results of the preference scores, several students with the highest scores were produced. Assessment based on the Decision Support System proves the effectiveness of mathematical calculations using the TOPSIS method rather than using manual methods that only use human power.
