In order to provide good service to the community, it is necessary to ensure the quality control of human resources in tertiary institutions, both lecturers and educational staff. One of the ways to ensure the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by conducting performance assessments of lecturers which can be done within a certain period. This study designed a web-based for lecturer performance appraisal decision support system application by calculating five criteria with a predetermined scale, namely, student surveys of lecturer teaching, research, community service, educational levels and functional positions. The criteria that have been determined will be calculated using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. In this study, the design of appraisal system was made using use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The results of the decision support method are able to provide alternative data ranking for lecturers from the largest value to the smallest value.
Traveling around a city and making transit in certain areas is called a city tour. Furthermore, determining the optimal city tour route can be considered as a traveling salesman problem. There are many kinds of algorithms to solve this, one of which is the Genetic Algorithm (GA). In developing the City Tour application, a platform is needed to be taken to various places anywhere and anytime. Finally, we developed an application that runs on mobile devices. This application is built on the Android platform so that its use can be more efficient. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the GA applied to the Android-based City Tour Application is reliable to determine city tour routes; this is evidenced by comparing GA with the brute force method, where GA provides optimum results with less running time.
Rukun Tetangga (RT) is the forefront of government services to the citizens as the RT's position is in the midst of society. Communication and information transparency are the main assets for the implementation of good governance. The covid-19 pandemic has changed a lot in human behavior. There are many restrictions to break the chain of Covid-19, for example, there are no crowds, maintain the distance, and other restrictions. Of course, this will complicate the RT's role in communicating and delivering information to residents. In addition, restrictions on social activities also force citizens not to be able to socialize freely with each other. The solution offered to solve this problem is the creation of an RT information system website which aims to facilitate communication and information transparency in the pandemic era. In addition, there is also assistance in the use of information systems to ensure that all citizens can use the information system. Based on the evaluation, the solutions offered are proven to facilitate communication and information transparency between citizens and between heads of RT and citizens in the pandemic era.
Amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, non-essential activities have shifted mainly to the safety of people's homes. This includes remote work (Work From Home) and shopping for basic needs online. However, service workers, particularly those in the service sector like Muhammad Sahrul, have faced significant challenges navigating the pandemic's impact. Sahrul, who owns an all-brand car repair shop, experienced a decline in customers visiting his workshop due to the outbreak. Recognizing the need for a fresh approach, Sahrul created "Sahrul Home Car Care," offering car repair services at customers' residences. To support this initiative, a team of researchers proposed technology-based solutions to improve his advertising strategy. The researchers developed a user-friendly digital portal, www.sahrulhomecarcare.com, showcasing Sahrul's services and implementing an appointment booking system. Additionally, they guided leveraging digital marketing channels to expand his outreach. Thanks to these digital innovations, Sahrul's business gained traction, attracting more customers and positive feedback. Embracing technology proved instrumental in overcoming the pandemic's challenges and ensuring the continued success of "Sahrul Home Car Care" in this ever-evolving digital era.
Abstrack -PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk is one of the companies engaged in car service services. In carrying out its services, PT Tunas Ridean Tbk often gets complaints from customers who queue for service registration and wait too long for the car repair process. The aim of building The vehicle booking application is for customers can book vehicle services through interactive messages. The application will determine the appropriate type of service using text mining. Historical service data can be processed into useful information to predict vehicle service duration. Classification of service duration divided into time intervals of less than 1 hour, 1 -2 hours, 2 -3 hours, 3 -4 hours, 4 -5 hours, 5 -6 hours, and more than 7 hours. This historical data processing uses the Naive Bayes method with variable types of service, year of production, and type of vehicle. The feature of the application is receiving interactive messages, processing message data, and processing data history which produces the type of service desired by the customer. Furthermore, the system can predict the duration of service based on jobs at the workshop, and then sends an answer in the form of a short message to the customer the estimated time of arrival of the customer to the workshop.
The significant increase in COVID-19 cases in Indonesia in May-July 2021 overwhelmed health workers. One of the efforts to monitor the spread of COViD-19 disease is collecting data on patients and proper monitoring. For example, the Sukorame Community Health Center, Mojoroto Kediri, does not yet have an application to record and monitor COVID-19 patients. Data collection is currently done manually by writing in books and excel. This study designed and built a data collection and monitoring application for COVID-19 patients to help Puskesmas staff obtain more accurate patient data and monitor the related patient data. This study implements the waterfall method, including system requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results of this study are the applications that can help and facilitate Community Health Center in collecting data on COVID-19 as a form of effort in overcoming and preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the work area of Sukorame Community Health Center, Kediri City. Based on the user satisfaction questionnaire results, 75% of users consisting of staff and heads of community health centers were helped by this application.
