Jelen közlemény rövid áttekintést nyújt a mocsári kockásliliom (Fritillaria meleagris L.) nevezéktanáról, rendszertanáról, alak- és szövettanáról, életciklusáról, fenológiájáról, szaporodás-biológiájáról, élőhelyválasztásáról, biotikus interakcióiról, hatóanyagairól, mikroszaporításáról, felhasználási lehetőségeiről és veszélyeztetettségéről. Pontosítottuk a faj európai elterjedési térképét és kiegészítéseket teszünk a hazai előfordulásaihoz. Saját adatokat közlünk a növény magképzési sikeréről, ezermagtömegéről, hazai állományainak demográfiai jellemzőiről, valamint termőhelyeinek talaj-adottságairól.
Dolgozatunk az ELTE Füvészkert herbáriumát (BPU) mutatja be annak 2013-as állapota alapján. A herbárium kb. 16 000 példányáról készült fényképekről a cédulákon szereplő adatokat OpenOffice Calc táblázatba rögzítettük. Összesen 16 európai országból származnak a lapok. Ezek közel 80%-a magyarországi, 12%-a romániai, 5%-a szlovákiai.
-The main aim of the present work is to contribute with new data to the distribution maps published recently in Atlas Florae Hungariae. Occurrence data of 297 vascular plant taxa from 247 flora mapping quarter quadrates (CEU) are presented. This floristic paper is somehow unusual because besides the occurrence data of rare or sporadic taxa (e.g. Armoracia macrocarpa (Waldst. et Kit.) Kit. ex Baumg., Samolus valerandi L., Epipactis voethii Robatsch), frequent, but more or less underrepresented taxa (e.g. Ranunculus ficaria L., Viola kitaibeliana Roem. et Schult., Gagea villosa (M. Bieb.) Duby), as well as alien taxa (e.g. Cymbalaria muralis G. Gaertn., B. Mey. et Scherb., Potentilla indica (Andrews) Focke, Tragus racemosus (L.) All.) are also enumerated, since our intention was to fill the -sometimes evident -gaps in the Atlas. The name initials of the author(s) who actually found the given occurrence are presented in brackets at each record. Keywords: distribution data, flora mapping, flora of Hungary, vascular flora Összefoglalás -Közleményünk célja a Magyarország edényes növényfajainak elterjedési atlasza térképeinek kiegészítése, főként aktuális előfordulási adatokkal. Kit. ex Baumg., Samolus valerandi L., Epipactis voethii Robatsch) mellett országosan elterjedt, de többé-kevésbé adathiányos fajok (például Ranunculus ficaria L., Viola kitaibeliana Roem. et Schult., Gagea villosa (M. Bieb.) Duby), illetve adventív fajok (például Cymbalaria muralis G. Gaertn., B. Mey. et Scherb., Potentilla indica (Andrews) Focke, Tragus racemosus (L.) All.) esetében is közöljük az atlasz térképeihez képest újnak bizonyuló lelőhelyeket.
Jelen közleményünk annak a sorozatnak a kilencedik része, melynek célja Magyarország edényes növényfajainak elterjedési atlasza térképeinek kiegészítése aktuális előfordulási adatokkal.
The rare, fully mycoheterotrophic Ghost Orchid, Epipogium aphyllum is only visible during its short flowering and fruiting season, which lasts for a few weeks between May and October. Due to the apparent unpredictability of its flowering, decades may pass between subsequent observations at the same locality. The factors affecting timing of flowering in this enigmatic species remain largely unexplored. In Hungary, it is an extremely rare species: between 1924 and 2014 only 25 dated observations from 15 locations are known. Hungary is located on the edge of the species' distribution area where higher precipitation may occur only in higher regions of mountains. Hence, the spatial and temporal pattern of precipitation might limit the emergence of generative shoots. In this paper we compared rainfall patterns in relation with the Ghost Orchids' observations to multiannual precipitation averages. The year of flowering and the month preceding flowering (but not the year before flowering and the month of flowering) were characterised by significantly more rainfall than the multi-annual average precipitation. These results suggest that the appearance of the species in Hungary is precipitation-dependent.
