Methods: This research was done by qualitative approach and by the method of interpretive phenomenology. In this study, the researchers selected and interviewed 12 career couples with snowball sampling and 12 career couples with marital conflicts through purposeful sampling. Interviews were analyzed using the Dicklman, Allen, and Turner methods, which are team-based and common in interpretive phenomenology. The MAXQDA12 software was also used for these operations.
Results: The analysis of the data from the interviews resulted in the identification of two main themes, including healthy functioning (with sub-themes: psychological functions of employed women, psychological functions of career couples, social functions of employed women, social functions of career couples, and spiritual health) and unhealthy functioning. (with sub-themes: physical damage, psychological damage, social damage, spiritual damage).

The findings showed that couple's schema therapy decreased tendency to divorce among divorcing couples and this reduction was clinically meaningful and statistically reliable (Reliable Change Index, RCI>1.96), The reduction in the tendency to divorce remained after two months and changes were clinically meaningful and statistically reliable (RCI>1.96), indicating the efficacy of couple's schema therapy in decreasing the tendency to divorce among couples.
The objective of this study is to compare the effectiveness of solution-focused brief therapy, the quadripartite model of social competence, and a fusion model of these two methods on increasing social competence of female students residing in Tehran dormitories. The studied sample includes 60 patients, randomly placed in three experimental groups and one control group. Analysis of covariance has been used to test the difference between group means. The results demonstrate that all three treatment methods were effective on the increase of social adjustment in the students. While no significant differences were observed between the solution-focused and the quadripartite model of social competence treatment methods, the combination model exhibits superior efficacy on the increase of social adjustment in the test subjects.
Today, work-family issues have gained special importance to employees, families, and organizations. Work-family conflict is an inter-role conflict in which work and family demands are mutually incompatible and creates stress and numerous problems. So, the aim of this study was to examine the effect of work-family conflict management model in life satisfaction of male employees. The statistical population included all male employees of the bank in Tehran. In this study 30 male employees were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n=15) and control group (n=15). The experimental group underwent six-sessions of work-family conflict management program and the control group did not receive any intervention. It is noteworthy that after two months from pretest applying, participants from both groups underwent the pretest. The results showed a significance difference in life satisfaction between the experimental and control groups after the intervention. So, the results of this study could be explained by the fact that worklife conflict management practices are skills that are designed to reduce work-life conflict and enable employees to be more effective in their roles of work and life. Also, program practices enhance employees' autonomy and increase their capacity to perform well in work-family situation.
