This study aims to implement android-based learning media in mathematics basic concepts courses on student achievement, and the effectiveness of android-based learning media in mathematics basic concepts courses on student achievement at PGMI Nurul Jadid University. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The data collection is done through documentation and tests. The determination of the sample of this research was carried out by random sampling technique which included the fourth-semester PGMI Study Program students. While the data analysis in this study uses paired sample t-test analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that t-count = -18,378 with significance = 0,000 < 0.01. Thus, it can be stated that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the android-based learning media on the subject of mathematics basic concepts are convincingly effective in improving student achievement.
This study aims to determine the significance of differences in the lecture process before and after implementing Team Teaching-Hybrid Learning (TTHL). This research was conducted at Nurul Jadid University Paiton Probolinggo and IAI Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi. The study population was all third-semester students of Nurul Jadid University Paiton Probolinggo and IAI Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi with education statistics courses. The research sample was purposive sampling technique. Quantitative research using the quasiexperimental method uses non-equivalent control group design with the TTHL pre-test and post-test treatment. Instrument data collection in the form of observations, closed questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing include Manova test and t-test. Testing the hypothesis prerequisites using the normality test (Column of Smirnov) and homogeneity test (Box's Manova). The results showed that from multivariate testing with Sig. (p) 0.000 < 0.05 which means the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. TTHL is also proven to be effective in improving learning outcomes as evidenced by the comparison of the mean values of increase (significance) of the experimental class and the control class which have a difference in the value of 14.57 with the advantages of the experimental group (24.26: 9.69). In addition, the results of the hypothesis test obtained the Sig. (p) equal to 0.017 < 0.05 which means the second hypothesis (H1) is accepted.
Nowadays, Islamic higher education must be able to understand the change and do the transformation of management in various sectors. In this perspective, as one of the efforts to improve quality and competitiveness in the era of revolution 4.0. Therefore, Islamic higher education needs to make a breakthrough, by building benchmarking among universities. Besides, it is also necessary to transform the management of information technology, towards a model of Islamic higher education becoming an international class. This study used a qualitative approach in term of case studies. Therefore, this research was natural, descriptive and inductive, by understanding the meaning behind the phenomenon or event in the subject under study. The results of this study explained that the significance of the development of the quality of higher education at Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo University could not be separated from benchmarking as an approach and strategy to achieve the progress. In addition, to effectively implement benchmarking, Nurul Jadid University used SWOT analysis for an internal and external environment of the organization.
Kertas kerja ini menganalisa inovasi pendidikan yang dijalankan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berbasis pesantren di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dengan menggunakan cultural and micro politics of school theory sebagai kerangka baca, kekuasaan (politik) dapat menjadikan perencanaan inovasi berjalan lebih luas dibandingkan bila dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kultural, struktural, atau rasional pimpinan lembaga. Inovasi yang behubungan dengan kualitas proses pelaksanaan pendidikan vokasi sangat ditunjang oleh atribusi guru profesional dan latar pengalaman pendidikan. Selanjutnya, dalam kaitannya dengan student outcomes dan public relation dengan dunia usaha, kepemimpinan dan interrelasi kuasa kiai serta pesantren menjadi penentu sebuah efektifnya inovasi pendidikan vokasi di bawah naungan pesantren.
In the midst of a public health emergency, namely the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is not possible for the judiciary to conduct trials according to previously regulated standards. This is a big challenge for the Supreme Court to make all efforts to modernize the judiciary (judicial modernization) by deconstructing the judiciary and improving the quality of the judiciary for justice seekers. The formulation of the problem of this research, first, what is the ratio legis and the characteristics of electronic-based criminal trials (teleconference)? Second, the problem of implementing electronic criminal trials after the issuance of Perma Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Courts Electronically. The research method used is normative, using a statutory approach (Statute Approach) and a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach). The results of the study conclude, first, philosophically, namely preventing the spread of Covid-19 in the judiciary, based on the principle of "Salus populi suprema lex esto". In addition, it is based on the principle stated in Article 2 paragraph (4) of Law Number 48 of 2009 that "trials are carried out simply, quickly, and at low cost". Second, there are many problems in its implementation, namely in terms of network connections which have an impact on trial delays, witness issues, and evidentiary problems, especially evidence that in fact cannot be accessed online
