Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan kebijakan yang memberikan hak belajar tiga semester di luar program studi bagi mahasiswa. Akan tetapi dalam implementasinya, ada batasan antara fakultas bidang kesehatan dan non kesehatan. Unusa merupakan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki fakultas, baik bidang kesehatan dan non kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi MBKM pada fakultas kesehatan dan non kesehatan. Penelitian menggunakan analitik dengan metode survei dengan responden mahasiswa Unusa sejumlah 3381. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengetahui distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 84,06 % responden dari fakultas kesehatan dan 92,80 % responden dari fakultas non kesehatan berpendapat bahwa Unusa sudah memiliki program serupa MBKM. Adapun kegiatan tersebut meliputi asistensi mengajar, kegiatan wirausaha, membangun desa, penelitian, pertukaran pelajar, proyek kemanusiaan, dan studi/proyek independen. Magang menjadi program MBKM yang paling diminati. Sebesar 76, 22 % dari mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan dan 88, 88 % dari mahasiswa fakultas non kesehatan menyatakan bahwa MBKM sangat bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagai bekal setelah lulus.

Aging is something that can cause health problems, both physical and mental health for the elderly. Anxiety is one of mental health experienced in the elderly. If it continues to ignored, it will have an impact to the memories or nightmares experienced by the elderly will recur, therefore the quality of the elderly's sleep will diminish. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Tai Chi Gymnastics on Elderly Anxiety.The study design used the One Group Pre-Post Test Design, the sample was elderly at the Posyandu Perintis Ngagel Rejo Surabaya.32 subject taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. The Independent Variable is Tai Chi Gymnastics, the dependent variable is Anxiety. Anxiety instruments were measured using the HRS-A questionnaire. Data were analyzed by the Wilcoxon test with significance ? = 0.05. The results of the study before being given Tai Chi Gymnastics were mostly (59.4%) respondents had mild anxiety. After being given Tai Chi Gymnastics most (59.4%) respondents were not experiencing anxiety (normal). Analysis of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test obtained p = 0,000 <? = 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of Tai Chi Gymnastics on decreasing anxiety. Conclusions from this study that Tai Chi exercise can reduce anxiety in the elderly. It is expected that nurses can provide Tai Chi gymnastics as a nurse's independent nursing intervention in the management of decreased anxiety.Keywords: Anxiety, Elderly, Tai Chi Gymnastics.ABSTRAKMenua merupakan hal yang dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan baik kesehatan umum maupun kesehatan jiwa bagi lansia.Kesehatan jiwa yang dialami pada lansia yaitu salah satunya adalah kecemasan. Apabila terus menerus dibiarkan, akan berdampak yaitu ingatan atau mimpi buruk yang dialami lansia akan terulang kembali dan kualitas tidur lansia menjadi berkurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Senam Tai Chi Terhadap Kecemasan Lansia.Desain penelitian menggunakan One Group Pre- Post Test Design, sampel adalah lansia di Posyandu Perintis Ngagel Rejo Surabaya sebesar 32 Orang yang diambil dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Variabel Independen adalah Senam Tai Chi, variabel dependen adalah Kecemasan.Instrumen Kecemasan diukur menggunakan kuesioner HRS-A. Data dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon dengan kemaknaan?= 0,05.Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan Senam Tai Chi sebagian besar (59,4 %) responden mempunyai kecemasan ringan. Setelah diberikan Senam Tai Chi sebagian besar (59,4 %) responden tidak cemas (normal). Analisa uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test didapatkan p=0,000< ? =0,05, artinya ada pengaruh Senam Tai Chi terhadap penurunan kecemasan.Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa senam Tai Chi dapat menurunkan kecemasan pada lansia.Diharapkan perawat dapat memberikan senam Tai Chi sebagai intervensi keperawatan mandiri perawat dalam penatalaksanaan penurunan kecemasan.Kata Kunci :Kecemasan, Lansia, Senam Tai Chi.

Success elderly people are those who are active, does not work, follow elderly integrated health service (HIS), have healthy lifestyle, , cheerful, and able to maintain their health. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Activity Group Therapeutic (AGT) Perception Stimulation on Anxiety Levels at Elderly in Damarsi village Buduran Sidoarjo.Study design is Quasi Experiment with pre-post test control group approach, the population were entire elderly with amount 75 person, some of them 34 respondents taken as sample by simple random sampling method. The independent variable is Activity Group Therapeutic (AGT) Perception Stimulation, the dependent variable is anxiety. Study instrument use questionnaire, observation sheet. Statistical test use Wilcoxon test with a significance level α = 0.05.The result of the study before the daily routine of 22 respondents are the control group anxiety level was 59,1%, and after the daily routine there is a level of anxiety was 68,2%. While 12 respondents treatment group before (AGT) there is anxiety level was 100% and after (AGT) are mild anxiety level of 75,0%. Wilcoxon test showed the treatment group ρ = 0,003, ρ < α means no influence Activity Group Therapeutic (AGT) Perception Stimulation of the level of anxiety in the elderly in the village Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo.Elderly anxiety level can be scaled by one of them Activity Group Therapeutic (AGT) Perception Stimulation. Suggestions for the elderly to play an active role in these activities to lower levels of anxiety.

The performance of nurses in providing nursing care is still considered unsatisfactory by the patient. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of the performance of nurses in providing nursing care with patient’s satisfaction in Multazam ward of Surabaya Islamic Hospital. Design of this studied Analytical survey. The population were all patients in Multazam ward of Surabaya Islamic Hospital with amount 85 person. Number of sample were 39 respondents, taken by simple random sampling. The independent variable is performance of nurses in providing nursing care, dependent variable is patient’s satisfaction. Instruments use questionnaires, data were processed by editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating, then analyzed by Chi-Square test with significant level α = 0.05. Study result showed most of respondents 39 (51.3%) the nurse had a poor performance, and most them (56,4%) the patients are not satisfied. Results of Chi-Square test analysis showed p (0.038) < α (0.05), so H0 is rejected means there is relationship of the performance of nurses in providing nursing care with patient’s satisfaction in Multazam ward of Surabaya Islamic Hospital. The conclusions of this study is the performance of nurses in providing nursing care influence to the patient satisfaction. Nurses should responsive to the complaints and expectations of patients due.

<p><em>There are problem related to students health behavior in Islamic boarding school,  such as they do not washing their hand before they have their meals, hanging wet clothes in their room,  and they do not really care to the toilet hygiene.  The aims of  this research was to knowing the effect of peer group support to perceived benefit of action and perceived self efficacy by applying students lifestyle management using health promotion model approach. The design was quasy experimental, pre post test control group the population were students who stayed in Islamic boarding school in An Najiyah, As Syafiiyah and Al Jihad Surabaya, and the total sample was 150 student, 75 in control group, 75 in intervention group, the sample taken by simple random sampling.  In intervention group they’ve got health education and peer group support while the control only got health education by giving a student lifestyle management module. The independent variable was peer group support and dependent variable were perceived benefit of action and perceived self efficacy. The data taken by questionnaire and was analyzed by Wilcoxon signed test and Mann Whitney test. The result showed that after the treatment, students in intervention group have positive perceive benefit of action was 92%   and 100 % have high perceived self efficacy, meanwhile in control group there were 72% students who have negative perceived benefit of action and 60% have low perceived self efficacy. It means that peer group support could change the students perception and increasing self efficacy to set a going lifestyle management based on health promotion model approach. </em></p>

Family has a strategic function for the schizophrenic client’s social interaction, the role of family really needs to reached client independent, The role of family enables the schizophrenic individual to re-adapt the social life in the society. This research destination to analyze realiontship the family role and the Scizophrenic client’s interaction level in the social life. This research applied the analytic cross sectional design. The populations of the research were the schizophrenic clients who have been hospitalized and left the RSJ Menur Surabaya (Surabaya Menur Mental Hospital) and their family who lived in Surabaya moreless 30 respondens with samples taken by using the total population method involved 28 repondents. For independent variable the family role anddependent variable is level interaction society. The data were collected by filling out the checklist, doing observations and interviews which were then analyzed by using the SPSS and the Rank Spearman statistical test with the significance level p < 0,05. The result of the research showed that the family role contributed the family role was shown by 12 respondents (42,8%). The schizophrenic clients social interaction level sufficiently was shown by 14 respondents (50%). The statiscal test revealed the result that p < 0,05 = 0,10 < 0,05 so that Ho was can’t accepted. This research concluded that there was a relationship between the family role and the schizophrenic clients social interaction level in the social life posttreatment in RSJ Menur Surabaya. So that, the staff of hospital give role every room at RSJ Menur Surabaya (Surabaya Menur Mental Hospital) the family need to direct follow for Schizoprenic client’s in cure at RSJ Menur and for nurse advice to family give maximal attention.

Some families who treat people with mental disorders have fully support their family member, but people with mental disorders do not care about it. ODGJ (People with Mental Disorder) prefer to do what they want to do unless there is an award from the family. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between family support and the level of independence of ODGJ in Posyandu Jiwa, Wonokromo Village, Surabaya. The design of this study is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population is all ODGJ families. The sample is 35 respondents with Purposive Sampling techniques. The independent variable is family support and the dependent variable is the level of independence of ODGJ. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Rank Spearman test. The results showed that of the 35 respondents most (62.9%) had good family support and most (65.7%) were independent. The test results of Rank Spearman statistics p = 0.000 <α = 0.05 indicate that there is a family support relationship with the level of independence of ODGJ. The independence of ODGJ can be achieved to the maximum with good support from the family. It is expected that families can maintain good family support for ODGJ to be more independent and maintain ODGJ's independence, so as not to depend on family

Adjusting to a life at Islamic boarding schools can be a very unique experience, many students are struggling and trying to cope with this new situation. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between spiritual quotient and the adjustment of student at Islamic Boarding School. The analysis method involved a cross sectional approach, with a population size was 60 students of class VII, who live in boarding school. Furthermore, a large sample size of 53 people was selected; using simple random technique, with the independent variable being spiritual quotient and the dependent was self-adjustment. Data analysis used a Chi-Square test, where hipotesis H1 is accepted if ρ < α = 0.05. The results showed that all respondents, who had low spiritual quotient, possessed a negative self-adjustment compared with other respondents. Chi-Square statistical test results, with a significant level α = 0.05 obtained the value of p (0.000), indicating a relationship between spiritual quotient and adjustment. In conclusion, a better spiritual quotient possessed by student, affects the process of adjustment
