Decision making system is a tool for managerial decision making, but decision making must be a variety of different decisions all about making decisions satisfying and satisfying only for one party, in general decision making must be fair to all parties, and also decision making has many goals different that can be mutually beneficial to one another. PT. BPR Pandanaran Jaya gave a gift in the form of Umrah in accordance with the criteria set by the company. This appreciation is also expected to increase the company's spirit in working. However, problems that arise at this time of the process for determining the best employees at PT. BPR Pandanaran Jaya still uses manual methods that cause errors when determining the best Umrah recipient employees, plus the length of work and employee performance that is not nearly the same makes the calculation results become not objective. To assist companies in determining the selection of the best Umrah gift recipients using the Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) method where each criterion is given weight to distinguish each criterion. After calculating using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, employees who are eligible to receive the Umrah prize are Dwi Jasminto with a value of 82.50 and also Sindy Yulianti with a value of 81.00.

E-Inventory Information System at PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera is a company engaged in cleaning services that serve cleaning at apartments / hotels, restaurants, hospitals, universities, schools, supermarkets, villas, factories, offices, government offices or national private and other places. Constraints faced by PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera in carrying out existing projects is still using the manual process in inventorying / stocking of goods in and out of the warehouse so that it is difficult to find data and control the in and out of inventory / stock of goods in warehouses for ongoing projects or those that have been finished. Because of that the author proposes a intranet web-based e-inventory application that is made to overcome and minimize the problem. Broadly speaking, the application designed or developed consists of the process of recording data of goods, goods entering and leaving the warehouse, inventory of goods, and inventory reports. The results of this study produce an e-inventory application system that provides convenience for warehouse staff and administrators to manage and control inventory in the warehouse
Human resources are the most valuable asset in a company. Employee performance is one of the company's benchmarks in assessing the productivity of these assets. Methods in measuring employee performance can be done in various forms, one of which is using the fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy Mamdani is a fuzzy inference method that provides rules that must be passed before carrying out the process of determining the final value. There are three main criteria that will be analyzed in this study, namely attendance, quality of work and communication. Each of these criteria has a value obtained from the average value of several elements. The final result after going through the employee data analysis process is the average weighted value. Conclusions that can be drawn as the basis for employee performance and the results can be seen from the order of values, starting from the highest to the lowest.
