Here, molybdenum disulfide with graphene‐like structure is prepared by a feasible and simple hydrothermal method. It is also characterized by X‐ray diffraction and a scanning electron microscope to verify the yield and quality of the prepared molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). In addition, a type of photodetector is prepared from the prepared MoS2 as a photosensitive material, and its light response characteristics are explored. The experimental results show that the prepared MoS2 has good photoresponse performance, and it can achieve a photocurrent of 2.40 µA under 660 nm light of 9.85 mW mm−2. At the same time, it shows stable and repeatable light response characteristics at different bending angles. This work is considered as a way to construct a new type of photodetector with a simple manufacturing process and low cost.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
