Simple Hydrothermal Synthesis of Molybdenum Disulfide and Its Application for a Large‐Area Photodetector

Abstract: Here, molybdenum disulfide with graphene‐like structure is prepared by a feasible and simple hydrothermal method. It is also characterized by X‐ray diffraction and a scanning electron microscope to verify the yield and quality of the prepared molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). In addition, a type of photodetector is prepared from the prepared MoS2 as a photosensitive material, and its light response characteristics are explored.
