The first 1000 days are a golden period in a child's development. Several studies have stated that stunting can be prevented by paying attention to the first 1000 days of life, including during pregnancy. This service is carried out to increase mother's knowledge regarding stunting prevention since pregnancy at Puri Bunda Tabanan General Hospital on October 23, 2022 as a form of collaboration with STIKES Advaita Medika Tabanan in accelerating the reduction of stunting in Tabanan in particular and Indonesia in general. After education about stunting was conducted, mothers who attended the educational activities were committed to improving nutritional intake and maintaining physical and mental health of mothers during pregnancy so that later they could give birth to a physically and mentally healthy generation and avoid the risk of stunting or failure to thrive.
Injectable contraception (Cyclofem) is a hormonal contraceptive method containing only progesterone, an injection of medroxyprogesterone acetate and an estrogen component that works in 4 weeks and is available as a contraceptive for women. The results of an interview study on 10 acceptors at Bidan Praktik Mandiri "IW" using cyclofem injectable contraception with 5 people resulted from irregular menstrual disorder, 4 menstruating men, and 1 person weight gain. Objective to know the Old Relation of Contraceptive Use Cyclofem Injection With Menstrual Disorder On Acceptor. Quantitative descriptive research type with correlation study method. In this study describes the relationship of variables about the Old Use of Cyclofem Injectable Contraception with Menstrual Disorders on Acceptors. Data collection with documentation and questionnaires, the number of respondents as many as 26 people. The result of analysis that have been done by using Chi Square formula is got p-value value (Asymp Sig. (2 sided)) at Pearson Chi Square value is 0.000, so χ2 <α or 0,000 <0,05. Conclusion there is a relationship between the duration of the injection against menstrual disorders. Suggestion for contraceptive acceptor combination harmato get information and understand about side effect that can be caused.
Circumcision in Indonesian is known as circumcision or chopsticks which is the guidance of Islamic law for men and women. This study was conducted to determine the knowledge of parents about personal hygiene post circumcision in preschool children. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic. The results obtained based on 52 parents who filled out the questionnaire showed that as many as 42 people had good educational outcomes (80.8%) and as many as 10 people (19.2%) had poor educational outcomes. The conclusion in this study is that parents of preschool children who do circumcision really need to get education about personal hygiene that arises after circumcision is an action to prevent infection and other things that are not expected.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation therapy on reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Hypertension or high blood pressure disease is a chronic condition characterized by increased blood pressure in the arteries, causing the heart to pump and work harder to circulate blood throughout the body. Elderly (elderly) is someone who has entered the final stages of the phase of life, the elderly is the final process of aging. Relaxation technique is one of the non-pharmacological therapies used in pain management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation therapy on reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in Tihingan Village, Banjarangkan Klungkung. The design of this study used a pre-experimental method with a one group pre-posttest design approach, this sample consisted of 18 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique and measuring instruments used were blood pressure meters, stethoscopes, observation sheets, SOPs for deep breathing techniques. Data analysis using Wilcoxson test. The results showed that the systolic and diastolic blood pressure before being given deep breath relaxation therapy had an average systolic blood pressure of 160 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 97.7 mmHg, after being given deep breath relaxation therapy the average systolic blood pressure was 148, 88. mmHg and diastolic of 90.55 mmHg. The results of the analysis of this study obtained a systolic p value = 0.001 (a = 0.05) and a diastolic p value = 0.002 (a = 0.05) which means that the p value < 0.05, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted, which is statistically there is an effect of deep breathing on the decrease in diastolic blood pressure.
