Green practices and green innovation is most important as drivers for the industry to get more efficiency and effectiveness that can improve on green performance. This study is refer to analyze the drivers of green practices and green innovation and how automotive industry can adapts green practices and green innovation and which can effects on green performance for the green competitiveness of the automotive industry. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to develop a model that the structural analysis of green practices, green innovation and green performance in Malaysian automotive industry. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been proposed for conceptual model of this study. Base on the proposed conceptual model and reviewed, research hypotheses are being developed and the study culminates with opportunities for future research work.
Green practices are increasingly implemented in the automotive industry. Green practices characteristic have direct effects on green innovation. The associations among different of green practices (internal environmental management, technology integration, logistic management, customer focus, supplier focus) and reviewed which green practices can effect on green innovation (green product innovation and green process innovation). Thus, the main purpose of this study is to develop a model that the structural analysis of green practices and green innovation in Malaysian automotive industry. The conceptual model using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) has been proposed. Base on the proposed conceptual model and reviewed, research hypotheses are being developed, the paper culminates with suggested future research work.
Kaizen Event (KE) has been growing in popularity since the mid 1990s, to date, there has difficult to find empirical research on the determinants of KE effectiveness. KE are an increasingly common organizational improvement mechanism aimed at work area transformation and employee development. The purpose of this paper is to identify the KE constructs and Innovation Performance (IP) measures for Malaysian automotive industry and also to develop research model of the KE and IP measures relationship for Malaysian automotive industry. A conceptual model based on previous studies and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been proposed. This model will be used to study the relationship between KE practices and IP for Malaysian automotive industry. Based on the proposed conceptual model and reviewed, research hypotheses are being developed. The paper culminates with suggested future research work.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
