Discipline has a significant impact on student character. Discipline is influenced by several factors, one of which is the lack of the role of extracurricular activities in fostering student discipline. Therefore, one of the most significant activity programs in schools to build student discipline is coaching and developing students through extracurricular activities. One of the values contained in the game of basketball is to develop a disciplinary attitude that can be carried out by a coaching program that is in accordance with the implementation of Pancasila moral values to instill the character of student discipline. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Tambang against the backdrop of a phenomenon that occurred at SMAN 2 Tambang namely the lack of student discipline at school. The population of this study were 20 students of basketball extracurricular activities. The sample in this study were 20 students, because the population was less than 100 people, the researchers took the whole. Questionnaire and documentation are two approaches to collect data. Using a simple linear regression method, the data is processed using a quantitative analysis tool. Based on the results of research on the inculcation of disciplinary character values through extracurricular activities in schools, it can be concluded that there is a 34.5% influence of basketball extracurriculars on the disciplinary character of students at SMAN 2 Tambang.------------AbstrakDisiplin memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap karakter siswa. Kedisiplinan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu yaitu kurangnya peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa. Oleh karena itu, salah satu program kegiatan yang paling signifikan di sekolah untuk membangun kedisiplinan siswa adalah pembinaan dan pengembangan siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Adapun nilai yang terkandung dalam permainan bola basket salah satunya yaitu mengembangkan sikap disiplin yang dapat dilakukan program pembinaan yang sesuai dengan implementasi nilai moral Pancasila untuk menanamkan karakter disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Tambang dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya fenomena yang terjadi di SMAN 2 Tambang yaitu lemahnya kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa, dikarenakan jumlah populasi yang kurang dari 100 orang maka peneliti mengambil secara keseluruhan. Kuesioner dan dokumentasi adalah dua pendekatan untuk mengumpulkan data. Menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana, data diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Penanaman Nilai Karakter Kedisiplinan Melalui Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh sebesar 34,5% Ekstrakurikuler Bola Basket terhadap Karakter Disiplin Siswa di SMAN 2 Tambang.
This service activity aims to provide training on learning tools for teachers in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. The service method used the form of discussions and practices, while the steps for implementing the service were; 1) the stage of preparation and development of training materials; 2) the training stage; 3) the stage of assistance in making learning devices. The results of this service indicated that the training could improve teachers' ability to make learning tools, namely RPP, Media, Teaching Materials, LKPD, and Evaluation.
This research is motivated by a low sense of social concern among adolescents and even adults. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of the social environment on the social care character of class XI students of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru which was carried out at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru, Riau. This study used the Quantitative Descriptive method, where the data collection instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire which had 24 statements distributed to 45 respondents. Based on the calculation results, Fcount (32.906) ˃ Ftable (4.07) is obtained which means that Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely Y = 16.507 + 0.492X, meaning that if the social environment (X) increases by 1, then the social care character (Y) increases by 0.492. So that it can be inferred from the results of the F test, there is an influence between the variable X on the variable Y, which means receiving Ha, namely: There is an Influence of the Social Environment on the Social Care Character of Class XI Students of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru.
This research is motivated by a learning process that cannot be separated from the need for facilities and infrastructure. These needs will be fulfilled properly if the parents' economic situation is also good. With sufficient needs, it is hoped that the learning process can run smoothly, thus having an impact on learning achievement, one of which is ppkn. The purpose of this study was to determine the socioeconomic influence of parents on student learning achievement. The research was carried out at SMKS Ekatama Pekanbaru using the survey method. The results of the study were that there was a positive and significant socioeconomic influence of parents on the learning achievement of ppkn students of class XI SMKS Ekatama Pekanbaru by 19.2%. Then the f test obtained Fhitung of 7,109 and ftabel 4.17 which showed that Fhitung ≥ ftabel, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which means that variable X affects variable Y.
