RESUMENEste estudio trata acerca del desarrollo de un modelo funcional para diagnosticar el sistema de aprendizaje óptimo en los adiestramientos dentro de la industria farmacéutica. Los resultados sugieren que: 1) los administradores en la industria farmacéutica prefieren un sistema de adiestramiento bajo un método de aprendizaje específico, 2) un subgrupo de administradores no muestra preferencia por un método de aprendizaje no tradicional, individual y empírico, 3) existen diferencias entre dos subgrupos de administradores para un sistema de adiestramiento bajo un método de aprendizaje específico, y 4) no existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en las preferencias por género por un sistema de adiestramiento bajo un método de aprendizaje en específico.Palabras clave: gestión de personal, administración, adiestramiento, aprendizaje. Geometric model to optimize the managers’ training in the pharmaceutical industrial sector of Puerto RicoABSTRACTThis study addresses the development of a functional model to diagnose the optimal learning system method of training in the pharmaceutical industry.
