This article deals with technological advancement, the expansion of the Internet and social networks as exponent means of content propagation, notably fake content, because it addressed that fake news is more likely to be shared than true news.It was emphasized that amid the pandemic decreed, disinformation was enhanced by the sharing of news at the ready, in view of the eagerness to prove that information, as well as the vigorous need to raise profits in the face of this sharing of ideas.It has been established that civil liability exists for those who are victims of false news.However, given the need to create specific legislation to deal with the agenda in question, there is a bill stopped in the House of Representatives, number 2630, but is being vehemently criticized for injuring freedom of expression, which is constitutionally guaranteed.It is concluded that for the legal treatment of digital phenomena to be as effective as possible, it is necessary cooperation of the legal world with the technological world, with efforts stemming from legal and governmental institutions, technology companies and users, for new innovative solutions that complement existing and future legislation, such as the use of blockchain technology, with the creation of a decentralised network of news reviewers, enabling agility in which the news is reviewed, more complete feedback in a fail-safe and auditable manner.The qualitative and quantitative method wereused to achieve the traced objectives.
Opportunized by the socioeconomic crisis caused by the pandemic of COVID-19, this article aims to reflect on the relationship between Law and Economy according to the design of the 1988 Federal Constitution. Execution takes place by the deductive method, focuses on the literature review on the topic and historical background anduses an appropriate bibliography. From the analysis it will be inferred the economic model conferred to the Brazilian State in the adopted capitalist system and from there establishing its role in the economic domain, which will allow to find the fundamentals of social justice that the economic legal order advocates for the achievement of economic policies and facing the effects of the aforementioned socioeconomic crisis, as well as demonstrating the unfeasibility of implementing the capitalist market system and the Economic Analysis of Law.
RESUMO PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Práticas Pedagógicas, Ensino Médio Integrado, Formação Humana Integral INTEGRATED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION AND PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES: APPROACHES TO AN INTEGRAL HUMAN FORMATION ABSTRACTThe Integrated School Education is a basic step that from the Decree No. 5.154 / 2004 returns to the Brazilian legal reality in an attempt to integrate human development with professional training ensuring a comprehensive training for the subjects. Therefore, this article central themes are Integrated School and Integrators Pedagogical Practices developed after the decree by the year of 2014. This research aims to analyze the proposals of integrative teaching practices that enable the achievement of Integrated Education on finishing basic education. It was carried out a literature research and a theoretical dialectical historical materialism was used in order to make a detailed and critical analysis of the context studied interpreting reality and pointing out possibilities of an integral human formation. From this study it was found that the integrated high school is a challenge and that the pedagogical view and social project that is believed and standed for.
