ORB (Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF) feature is wildly applied in visual SLAM because of its excellent computational efficiency and stability. Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of ORB feature, and improving the calculate efficiency of feature extraction at the same time, we proposed an ORB feature extraction algorithm based on improved quadtree in this paper. The proposed algorithm will select the threshold adaptively for FAST extraction according to the gray image instead of the value set artificially. And then we set different depth of quadtree according to the expected feature number which decreases as the number of image pyramid layers increases to reduce redundancy. The remained key points selected by Harris score will distribute well in the image. The results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the uniformity of ORB feature, and reduce feature extraction time compared to the algorithm in ORB_SLAM, it has certain application value for the realization of real-time SLAM system.INDEX TERMS Simultaneous localization and mapping, feature extraction, improved quadtree, uniform distribution.
Under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation, using big data to drive the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and relying on local business groups to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education is a topic worthy of study. Taking the native Guangxi business as the research carrier, this paper firstly analyzes the research status of Guangxi business and innovation and Entrepreneurship with the bibliometric method. And based on polynomial fitting prediction, the research growth model was designed and predicted and the enlightenment of big data on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education is sorted out. Secondly, the curriculum design of collaborative integration of Guangxi business cases and innovation and entrepreneurship is carried out. By using two teaching organization methods, which are the mixture of theory and practice, and the mixture of inside and outside the school, the entrepreneurial case of Guangxi business is integrated into the "two mixtures" of curriculum design, and the participation and integration of entrepreneurial cases of Guangxi business and the whole learning experience of students are always emphasized, so as to enhance students' practical application ability in the process of participation and experience. It realizes the integrated curriculum design of data-driven collaborative integration of Guangxi business cases and innovation and entrepreneurship, which provides data support and practical path for the education of Guangxi business cases and innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.
Forecasting has been a key factor in the planning and development of civil aviation. This paper surveys current techniques in air traffic forecasting. The advantages and disadvantages of the techniques, as well as the criteria for selecting of a particular technique are discussed. Then, the forecasting work of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is comprehensively introduced, i.e. the traffic data, the methodological framework, and the major models. It involves ICAO’s practices under this subject in the last two decades. ICAO’s forecasting has long been a reliable reference for its 191 member states. In this paper, main results of ICAO’s up-to-date forecasts of 2011-2030 global air traffic, both passengers and cargos, are conveyed.
