The goal and purpose of this theoretical research are to analyze the evidence provided on the characteristics of the millennial generation and verify how these traits influence the human talent retention practices carried out by entrepreneurs. The empirical analysis is based on a systematic review of the scientific literature that includes 17 studies that were found in academic Google databases and university repositories. The results indicate that millennial workers are the generation with the highest rate of labor turnover so the retention practices most valued by them are related to opportunities for professional growth, greater flexibility between work and personal life, and better organizational communication. In most of the studies analyzed, economic remuneration is not a practice highly valued by this generation; however, in other studies, the results indicate that remuneration has a higher percentage of valuation, with a slight difference between the factors with greater and lesser representation by millennial employees.
In Latin America, since the first decades of the last century, universities have been agents of change based on student mobilizations, both to reform them and to contribute to the development of society based on demands in favor of freedom, democracy and civil rights. The development of the State is largely explained by professional training universities. The university, without any doubt, plays a preponderant role in the process of understanding itself, in the development of organizations in general and in the environment in which it is inserted. Many are the tasks attributed to him and there are not a few representatives who dare to assign him the role of brain of society. In order for an entity of such nature to be able to adequately fulfill its mission, it must necessarily be well managed, technically projected and appropriately led. Unfortunately, this is not achieved only with good wills and intentions since the fundamental component lies in the ability and knowledge the above characteristics, are mere ingredients or could be in the category of sine qua non.
The purpose of the study was to determine how Soft Skills are related to the Transformational and Participatory academic leadership of the fifth year students of the Faculty of Administration - San Luis Gonzaga National University, an BASIC research was carried out, EXPLANATORY level and the design of the Research for its purpose is EX POST-FACT of a NON-EXPERIMENTAL nature, of a correlational nature. The population was made up of fifth-year students who attended the 2019-II academic semester, a total of 194 students; and the sample was 130 fifth-year A.A. 2019-II, with a confidence level of 95%, and a margin of error of 5%. The data collection techniques were observation, recording and the survey; To test the hypothesis, a 22-question questionnaire with closed-answer alternatives was applied. The results obtained the relation of both variables having at the end p value = 0.000 <0.05 and with a contingency coefficient of high intensity in the relation whose value is 0.546 and a with p value = 0.000 <0.05 (Table N ° 08 and 09), it is concluded that there is a relationship between soft skills and the transformational and participatory leadership of the fifth-year students of the Faculty of Administration of the San Luis Gonzaga National University, in 2019.
La naturaleza del presente trabajo se centro en precisar como la formación financiera se encuentra en estrecha relación con la disposición hacia el ahorro del personal no docente de una universidad estatal para de esa manera contribuir a que la comunidad universitaria reconozca el nivel de desarrollo de las competencias financieras de los empleados públicos del sector de la academia. En conclusión, se realizó una investigación básica; que permitió analizar el conocimiento, estrategias y factores del sistema financiero que el personal no docente de una universidad pública posee y de esa manera proponer soluciones a la realidad del presente análisis. La investigación fue de nivel correlacional que permitió conocer las causas y efectos de la problemática materia de estudio con un diseño de investigación fue carácter no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por el personal no docente conformada durante el año 2020, un total de 844; y la muestra fue 203 personas vinculadas con la investigación, con un nivel de confiabilidad del 95%, y un margen de error del 5%. Las técnicas de recolección de datos que se utilizaron en el proceso de desarrollo de la investigación fueron la observación, fichaje y la encuesta; y para las técnicas de procesamiento de datos se realizó la organización y presentación de datos en forma estadística. Se concluye, que la formación financiera se relaciona positivamente con la aptitud para el ahorro del personal no docente, determinándose que la descripción de factores como el uso del dinero y los productos y servicios financieros detallados nos permitió relacionarlos con las características esenciales de la aptitud de ahorro del personal no docente.

Se denomina Mobile Marketing a la aplicación de estrategias a través de un dispositivo móvil, donde el cliente mediante un mensaje de texto, whatsapp, etc. puede recibir información de cualquier empresa; muchas han diseñado sus propias aplicaciones app o código QR de tal manera que la información llegue de manera más segura.
