Objetivo: Determinar a prevalência de comorbidades nos pacientes da I Região de Saúde em Pernambuco positivos para COVID-19 com desfecho de óbito. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo transversal e analítico, tendo como referência os municípios que compõem a I Região de Saúde. Os dados utilizados nesse estudo compreendem as notificações de óbitos confirmados pela COVID-19 registradas entre o período de 12/03/2020 até 31/01/2022, obtidos através da plataforma online do Centro de Informações Estratégicas de Vigilância em Saúde de Pernambuco, com notificações compulsórias de casos de Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave. Resultados: No referido período foram notificados 70.784 casos da COVID-19 nos municípios da I Região de Saúde, desse total 12.226 indivíduos vieram a óbito, sendo 7.758 correlacionados a alguma comorbidade. Conclusão: Diante do presente estudo pode-se observar que pacientes acometidos com a COVID-19 que possuem uma ou mais comorbidades tem maior risco de virem a óbito, sendo as doenças cardíacas e/ou cardiovasculares e a diabetes as mais prevalentes.
RESUMO As residências em saúde da família demonstram avanços para o trabalho, sobretudo na Atenção Básica, que no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19 permanece como porta de entrada na rede de saúde. A resiliência de um sistema de saúde se refere à sua capacidade de absorver, adaptar, transformar e se manter funcionante quando submetido a uma crise. Objetivou-se analisar o papel dos residentes em saúde para a resiliência da Atenção Básica no contexto da Covid-19. O estudo, de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo, por meio de questionário on-line autoaplicável, contemplou como sujeitos as(os) residentes em saúde que atuaram na Atenção Básica durante a pandemia. Os dados observaram o perfil das(os) participantes e aspectos relativos à resiliência destas(es). Utilizaram-se o programa Epi Info e a análise temática de conteúdo para a análise dos dados. Participaram 289 residentes, a maioria mulheres, cisgênero, brancas. Identificaram-se as categorias analíticas: Contribuição para a continuidade das ações na Atenção Básica; Capacidade de resposta às necessidades da pandemia; e Inovações assistenciais e educativas. As(os) residentes parecem ter contribuído para a resiliência dos serviços de saúde na Atenção Básica durante a pandemia apesar das suas atividades não terem sido desenvolvidas integralmente, haja vista as limitações estruturais, financeiras, políticas e teórico-práticas.
O objetivo deste estudo foi traçar o perfil dos casos notificados de COVID-19 da I Regional de Saúde de Pernambuco segundo critério raça/cor. Trata-se de um estudo transversal e descritivo realizado na I Regional de Saúde de Pernambuco, composta por 19 municípios mais o Distrito Estadual de Fernando de Noronha. Os dados foram extraídos através da plataforma online do Centro de Informações Estratégicas de Vigilância em Saúde de Pernambuco (CIEVS – PE). As variáveis para a construção do perfil dos casos notificados de COVID-19 segundo critério raça/cor foram: quantitativo dos casos notificados de Covid-19 por município, campo raça/cor por município de residência e campo raça/cor por classificação final da doença. Foram notificados 75.477 casos de Covid-19, no qual Recife notificou 36.285 (48,1%), por Jaboatão Dos Guararapes 11.136 (14,8%), Olinda 7.229 (9,6%) e Paulista 5.719 (7,6%), em relação ao preenchimento do campo raça/cor, a variável Parda correspondeu a 32.406 (42,93%), Ignorado 18.088 (23,96%), Vazio 12.000 (15,9%), Branca 9.969 (13,21%), Preta 2.312 (3,07), Amarela 662 (0,88%) e Indígena 40 (0,05%). A distribuição da raça/cor por classificação final da doença a raça/cor parda obteve mais notificações, seguidas dos campos ignorado, vazio, branca, preta, amarela e indígena para os casos confirmados e descartados.
