Trabalho decente é uma noção apresentada pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho [OIT] em 1999, para caracterizar a geração de emprego produtivo e de qualidade sob o amparo e cumprimento de leis trabalhistas. Após o trabalho decente se tornar um dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, a noção vem ganhando atenção na literatura internacional do turismo. Esses esforços, porém, não se refletem na literatura brasileira. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste artigo é investigar as possibilidades teóricas e empíricas do trabalho decente no turismo e apontar algumas reflexões para a construção de uma agenda de pesquisa para o Brasil. Para isso, realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre o trabalho decente e turismo. Como resultado, notam-se diferentes maneiras como o termo vem sendo compreendido nos estudos do turismo e distintas temáticas e questões que o tangenciam.
This paper analyzed the dynamics of review postings of brazilian consumers about services provided by hotels on TripAdvisor. The methodology adopted was qualitative and the method used was content analysis, with the collection and codification of 371 reviews of hotels. The results showed a good perception about the quality of the services provided, with motivations related to social benefits and assistance being the most identified in the reviews. Some unfavorable aspects were also found in some reviews, such as the perception of unfair prices. Other relevant aspects were also observed and recommendations were made both for management and for future research.
