A novel multiobjective technique is proposed for solving constrained optimization problems (COPs) in this paper. The method highlights three different perspectives: 1) a COP is converted into an equivalent dynamic constrained multiobjective optimization problem (DCMOP) with three objectives: a) the original objective; b) a constraint-violation objective; and c) a niche-count objective; 2) a method of gradually reducing the constraint boundary aims to handle the constraint difficulty; and 3) a method of gradually reducing the niche size aims to handle the multimodal difficulty. A general framework of the design of dynamic constrained multiobjective evolutionary algorithms is proposed for solving DCMOPs. Three popular types of multiobjective evolutionary algorithms, i.e., Pareto ranking-based, decomposition-based, and hype-volume indicator-based, are employed to instantiate the framework. The three instantiations are tested on two benchmark suites. Experimental results show that they perform better than or competitive to a set of state-of-the-art constraint optimizers, especially on problems with a large number of dimensions.

This paper aims to present the details regarding telecommunication network security through cryptology protocols. The data was based on scientific data collection and the quantitative method was adopted. The questionnaire was developed and the primary respondents were approached who were working in 4 telecommunication networking companies namely Huawei, Ericsson, SK Telecom and Telefonica. The sample size of the research was 60 participants and the statistical analysis was used to analyze research. The finding shows that cryptology protocol such as SSH, SSL, Kerberos PGP and SET are implemented within the companies in order to secure network.

The majority of leader companies are running their businesses using online E-commerce websites. These E-commerce websites are becoming significant revenue drivers and major retailers. Hence, it is critical to evaluate the functionality of these websites which are expected to support growing business needs. The evaluation of the functionality of E-commerce websites is not a straightforward process due to the many constraints and standards that should be considered. Fuzzy logic is a powerful technique used in modeling impreciseness and uncertainties. This paper proposes a Mamdani fuzzy system that evaluates the functionality of E-commerce websites over different parameters: accuracy, flexibility, client support, and availability of product information. Experimental results provide positive relations between accuracy and flexibility on the functionality of E-commerce websites.
Most evolutionary optimization algorithms have already been used for antenna design and shown promising results on improving the performance of the antenna. However, for many real-world antenna optimization problems, they are difficult to solve in that there are highly constrained and multimodal difficulty. These difficulties impede the development of antenna design. In this paper, an elliptical slot microstrip patch antenna design with these difficulties is modeled as a constrained optimization problem (COP). To address the problem, a Dynamic Constrained Multiobjective Optimization Evolutionary Algorithm(DCMOEA) is used. The experimental results show that the optimum antenna with satisfying the design requirement is obtained, and as well as we find the radiation patch should be a whole ellipse instead of subtracting with two ellipses.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
