<p>El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo definir la estructura para el diseño de una herramienta metodológica que permita incorporar buenas prácticas para la implementación de sistemas de gestión en empresas colombianas, que se adapten a entornos dinámicos, a partir del análisis de la voz del cliente. Para el desarrollo de la propuesta se contó con la participación de un grupo de 30 empresas del sector de la construcción de la ciudad de Cartagena, encargadas de definir los requerimientos y necesidades de sus organizaciones con relación a la ejecución de procesos de implementación de sistemas de gestión. Para el análisis y tratamiento de los datos se utilizó como herramienta la Matriz QFD (Despliegue de la función de calidad), de cuya utilización se logra establecer la propuesta de diseño de una guía metodológica para la implementación de sistemas de gestión en el sector de la construcción, replicable en cualquier otro ramo de la economía colombiana, según se adapte a sus necesidades.</p>
Este artículo se basa en el diseño, el desarrollo y la evaluación de una herramienta tecnológica llamada “NTSOFT” como instrumento de utilidad empresarial para prestadores de servicios turísticos, que permita generar un diagnóstico y estadísticas que identifiquen el nivel de cumplimiento de los establecimientos ante los criterios normativos de calidad de la norma técnica sectorial colombiana. En el proyecto se utilizaron dos metodologías para el desarrollo de sistemas de información que dieron como resultado la construcción de un marco conceptual del tema, un diagnóstico del problema y un análisis para identificar y definir los objetivos del software por medio de un modelo para la implementación de la norma, así como el diseño y desarrollo del sistema y su evaluación a partir de una muestra representativa de 37 expertos, para lo cual se empleó la técnica de índice de concordancia. Los resultados de esta evaluación van dirigidos a validar un uso óptimo de los recursos ambientales, que son un elemento fundamental del desarrollo turístico, y al aseguramiento de las actividades económicas a largo plazo que garanticen el cumplimiento de la norma técnica sectorial impuesta por el Gobierno colombiano.
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer el diseño de un plan de mejora para el control de las variables que afectan la calidad del servicio en grandes superficies. Se utilizó el tipo de investigación proyectiva, que favoreció el desarrollo y la realización de los objetivos planteados. Teniendo en cuenta los estudios relacionados con esta temática se describen argumentos que soportan la importancia de la realización de esta investigación para el supermercado objeto de estudio, el cual cuenta con 15 sucursales. El procedimiento aplicado se clasifica en 3 fases: encuestas de satisfacción aplicadas a los clientes de las distintas sucursales del establecimiento comercial, seguido de un análisis descriptivo e inferencial a través del uso de herramientas estadísticas, finalmente se diseñó una propuesta de mejora para controlar las variables que afectan la calidad en el servicio. La información recopilada permitió conocer la percepción y el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes del establecimiento. A partir de la metodología aplicada y de los resultados obtenidos, se encontró que la variable que afecta en mayor medida, es la calidad del servicio, por lo tanto, se debe dar importancia a la contratación de un personal idóneo para la prestación del servicio en el establecimiento.
