The development of higher education is very rapid rise to the tight competition both public universities and private colleges. XYZ University realized to win the competition, required continuous quality improvement, including the quality of existing service facilities. Amenities quality services is believed to support the success of the learning activities and improve user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the extent to which the quality of the services effect on user satisfaction. The research method used is survey-based questionnaire that measure perception and expectation. The results showed a gap between perception and expectations of the respondents have a negative value for each item. This means XYZ service facility at the university is not currently meet the expectations of society members. Three service facility that has the lowest index is based on the perception of respondents is a laboratory (2.56), computer and multimedia (2.63) as well as wifi network (2.99). The magnitude of the correlation between satisfaction with the quality of service facilities is 0.725 which means a strong and positive relationship. The influence of the quality of service facilities to the satisfaction of the students is 0.525 meaning that the variable quality of the services facility can explain 52.5% of the variable satisfaction. The study provided recommendations for improvements to enhance the quality of services facility at the XYZ university facilities.
The aim this study is discussed on the detection and correction of data containing the additive outlier (AO) on the model ARIMA (p, d, q). The process of detection and correction of data using an iterative procedure popularized by Box, Jenkins, and Reinsel (1994). By using this method we obtained an ARIMA models were fit to the data containing AO, this model is added to the original model of ARIMA coefficients obtained from the iteration process using regression methods. In the simulation data is obtained that the data contained AO initial models are ARIMA (2,0,0) with MSE = 36,780, after the detection and correction of data obtained by the iteration of the model ARIMA (2,0,0) with the coefficients obtained from the regression 1 2 1 2 3 0,106 0, 204 0, 401 329 115 35,9 t t t Z Z Z X t X t X t and MSE = 19,365. This shows that there is an improvement of forecasting error rate data.

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan atau SPK penentuan pemilihan guru dengan metode (SAW) menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat menentukan suatu pilihan yang dapat membantu kajur dalam membuat keputusan. Metode simple additive weight (SAW) yang menerapkan rata–rata terbobot untuk menghitung jumlah produksi sebagai hasil akhirnya.

The lecturer assistant should be able to make use of the time to keep the disciplinary. Selecting and determining the lecturer assistant at Computer Science of Unika St. Thomas Medan are conducted by the phases of selecting and taking value of the test score, the semester of lecturer assistant candidate, the number of classes to be assisted, cumulative grade point achievement, and the score of the assisted course. The Method of Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) is in the part of Decision Support System introduced by Brauers dan Zavadkas. This method is the multi-objective optimization technique which is successfully applied to solve the various complicated decision-making and well-used in terms of lecturer assistant selection due to its simple calculation and easiness to understand.
The Corona pandemic in Indonesia forced the learning system into a drastic change into online learning. Many campuses that were previously quite comfortable with face-to-face learning were forced to be helpless because they had never prepared a backup plan when something unexpected happened, one of which was when the campus was forced to not be able to face-to-face. If the learning system continues to be done online, it might cause the quality of learners to decrease dramatically compared to face-to-face learning. Moreover, the courses that must be filtered include theories and practice courses. Most assignments given to students are not seriously done because of a lack of significant evaluation and supervision. The Faculty of Computer Science, Santo Thomas Catholic University, Medan supports this government policy by implementing online learning using the Zoom application for face-to-face and Edmodo for supplementary lecture material for online learning media. In one semester apart from studying there is a test period which is the Midterm Examination (UTS) and Final Examination Semester (UAS) where the current leadership must wisely determine the type and nature of the exams to be conducted online. To find out the effectiveness of the form of exam questions in online implementation, a Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method was conducted, the test results found that online learning with Zoom and Edmodo was very effective for theoretical courses with a value of 0.88, then the results of this calculation it is recommended that online tests be conducted in the form of theories such as multiple-choice, essay and analysis
In conventional learning, teachers frequently face difficulties to deliver their materials due to limited time and practical materials in teaching network computer.
