Esta pesquisa buscou analisar as interfaces entre as expectativas da equipe de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde da Família (UBSF) e as possibilidades de atuação da psicologia na Atenção Básica (AB). Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa de metodologia participativa. A produção dos dados contou com a realização de entrevistas com profissionais da UBSF e com psicólogas, além dos registros da pesquisadora, primeira autora deste artigo. A partir da utilização da Análise Temática de Minayo, surgiram dois eixos temáticos centrais: (i) Expectativas da Equipe quanto à atuação da Psicologia na AB; e (ii) Possibilidades de Atuação da Psicologia na AB. Estes eixos revelaram divergências entre o que é esperado e as possibilidades de atuação da psicologia, tendo a superação do modelo clínico individual e da precarização das políticas públicas como os principais desafios a serem enfrentados, em prol de uma atenção integral e humanizada que promova a saúde. A produção de espaços de diálogos e trocas de experiências, na perspectiva da Educação Permanente em Saúde, pode aproximar as expectativas da equipe das possibilidades de atuação do(a) psicólogo(a).
As estratégias de enfrentamento são esforços cognitivos ou comportamentais utilizados para manejo do estresse. O presente estudo buscou identificar e descrever as estratégias utilizadas por familiares durante a hospitalização dos filhos. Foi utilizado um delineamento misto (quantitativo e qualitativo), descritivo e exploratório, em que foi aplicada uma entrevista semiestruturada. Trinta e oito participantes, com média de idade de 27,81 (DP = 8,95), compuseram a amostra. Os familiares destacaram o uso da rede de apoio, a assistência médica hospitalar, o diálogo, a regulação das emoções e o uso de tecnologias como estratégias positivas para lidar com a hospitalização.
Mães exercem papel importante no processo de hospitalização das crianças. As intervenções em psicologia positiva podem contribuir com o fortalecimento dos recursos positivos delas, o que por sua vez auxilia na recuperação da saúde das crianças. Este estudo teve por objetivo apresentar o relato da aplicação e avaliação de uma intervenção em psicologia positiva para mães de crianças hospitalizadas, visando demonstrar evidências de utilidade clínica da intervenção. A intervenção buscou diminuir sintomas de estresse, ansiedade e depressão, aumentar os níveis de bem-estar subjetivo e promover o uso de estratégias de enfrentamento adaptadas ao contexto da hospitalização infantil entre as mães. Os resultados mostraram que o procedimento pode ter auxiliado as mães usarem estratégias favorecedoras durante a hospitalização, bem como alternarem o seu uso conforme a demanda. Além disso, elas puderam vislumbrar elementos positivos presentes e sentirem-se apoiadas. Palavras-Chave: psicologia positiva; pediatria; família.
