Background: Students are the most significant internet users in Indonesia. 49.52% of internet user groups in Indonesia are students. High internet users do not guarantee that digital health literacy is also high. Students at the Universitas Dian Nuswantoro health faculty are responsible for disseminating health information and transmitting digital health literacy interests. Health literacy skills are necessary for health students to sort out doubtful information. Good health literacy skills will impact students' ability to assess incoming data and make appropriate health decisions. This study aims to describe the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Method: This descriptive study provides an overview/description of the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. The research population of health students is 1.642 people with the sample being 321 students. Data collection using Google Forms and distributed through class groups in WhatsApp (WA) and communicated privately. The statistical test used descriptive statistical analysis. Results: Faculty of Health Science at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro students had an "Advanced" or "Independent-Advanced" level of competence. The advanced level indicates that their digital competencies and health information skills are at their current status and without problems. Indicators that digital health literacy can improve our safety. Thus. students can improve methods for securing personal data. Conclusion: Digital health literacy is an ability needed in today's digital era. What needs to be improved is that students can choose the most appropriate method to protect personal data.
Waktu tunggu yang lama mempengaruhi efisiensi apotek dan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pasien. Sistem antrian di Puskesmas yang tidak maksimal dapat menyebabkan kinerja Puskesmas tidak efektif. Bagi setiap Puskesmas merupakan tantangan untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu pasien, memberikan pelayanan yang tepat waktu dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Waktu tunggu yang lama merupakan keluhan terpenting dalam survei kepuasan pasien. Tujuan artikel ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh durasi waktu pendaftaran terhadap kepuasan pasien antara pendaftaran online Puskesmas Tanpa Antrian (PUSTAKA) dan pendaftaran offline di Puskesmas Semarang. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah 150 pasien yang mendaftar secara online dan offline Puskesmas Semarang rata-rata pada bulan Desember 2019. Sampel sebanyak 109 pasien. Prosedur analisis data uji durasi waktu menggunakan uji beda (t sampel mandiri) sedangkan analisis pengaruh durasi waktu pendaftaran terhadap kepuasan pasien antara pendaftaran online Puskesmas Tanpa Antrian (PUSTAKA) dan pendaftaran offline di Puskesmas Semarang menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Background: Policies regarding procedures for using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical record officers were needed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the quality assurance of services in the medical record unit RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Type of mixed methods research. Methods: Type of mixed methods research. This research was conducted from July 1 to August 15, 2020. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews, and the processing and analysis of research data were carried out using content analysis and quantitative methods. Results: RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarangalready have an SOP for the procedure for using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical record officers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Officers comply with the SOP for using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the pandemic. Conclusions: There has been an evaluation of hospital policy monitoring the use of PPE for medical record officers in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Latar Belakang : Indek Pembagunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan patokan penting dalam menentukan posisi daya saing suatu bangsa yang bisa dipengaruhi oleh bidang Kesehatan. Peningkatan IPM memerlukan peningkatan mutu layanan sarana kesehatan, sehingga Pemerintah menerapkan dasar acuan dalam mengevaluasi mutu layanan publik khususnya bidang kesehatan menggunakan Indek Kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui indek kepuasan masyarakat atas layanan kesehatan pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Miroto Kota Semarang.Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif secara cross sectional dengan sampel 286 responden dipilih secara acak. Penilaian terhadap 9 unsur layanan berdasar Permenpan & RB dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala linkert yang dibagikan pada bulan Oktober 2021. Analisis deskriptif untuk menghitung Nilai Persepsi, Nilai Interval Konversi, Mutu Pelayanan dan Kinerja Unit Pelayanan.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai indek rata-rata sebesar 2,84, nilai skor 71,56 dengan mutu pelayanan B dan Kinerja Unit Pelayanan kategori Baik.Simpulan : Dari Sembilan unsur penilaian, nilai terendah terdapat pada pelayanan yang tersedia dan berkesinambungan, keinginan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Pihak manajemen puskesmas miroto harus melakukan pembenahan khususnya secara internal
Background: Many pregnant women in Indonesia, particularly in remote areas, do not regularly visit health clinics and so complications are not detected and dealt with early enough. The maternal mortality rate was still high in Indonesia in 2017 at an estimated 177 deaths per 100,00 live births. The high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is related to the number of pregnant women who experience high-risk pregnancies. This study aimed to describe the high-risk pregnancy and obstetric complication during the COVID-19 pandemic in Semarang, Central Java. Subjects and Method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted at Semarang City Health Office, Central Java, from 2019 to September 2021. Data on a sample of pregnant women were taken from Semarang City Health Office for this study. The dependent variables were high-risk pregnancy and obstetric complication. The data were described in percent. Results: In 2020, the number of pregnant women in Semarang was 25,981. The incidence of high-risk pregnancy was 9,207 (9,207/25,981= 35.4%) in 2020. The incidence of pregnant women with obstetric complication was 1,741 (1,741/ 25,981= 6.7%) in 2020. Conclusion:The incidences of high-risk pregnancy and obstetric complication are still high in Semarang, Central Java in 2020.
