Today is the undeniable importance of certification in state and national awards, but the ISO 9001: 2008 is currently considered a weapon for the organization to enter into the national and international context and thus transform your certification in a competitive differentiator. The main objective of this study is to determine what were the gains that had the 2008 version over the 1994., Conducted a survey using a structured questionnaire survey in 72 companies in the mechanical engineering sector, whose largest concentration was in Rio Grande do Sul (17%) and São Paulo (63%).Specifically, it will use the Bayesian inference for comparative analysis of the benefits and impacts of the implementation of the 1994 and 2008 versions. The research method involves the quantitative descriptive analysis Survey and participant observation with multiple cases., The instruments used were questionnaires and structured interviews. For data analysis, we used the Bayesian inference to provide a set of key processes, which when processed, causes the company to a level of excellence of quality management system. The results show that in most cases the requirements of ISO were positive for businesses, but some were found to complicate the implementation of a quality management system, but when overcome potentiated the results of its implementation, resulting in 6 marks for raise the level of excellence of companies as evidenced in multiple cases.
This article sought to present the main concepts of industry 4.0 and the fourth industrial revolution, as well as its importance for the world industry. Reinvestments in the company as a matter of seeking innovation and long-term survival is still a challenge for Brazilian companies. The aim of this article is to conduct a survey of industries that are listed in Brazil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) and identify its possible adherence to the fourth revolution using the Pi formula as a matter of delimiting companies that can be insolvent and thus participate in the fourth industrial revolution in the future. The methodology used was a descriptive and quantitative research in a logistic regression using as a base publicly traded companies extracted from Capital IQ and Bloomberg. A study using econometric model was adopted to perform the calculations and the results show that only 10 industrial companies in a sample of 78 are reinvesting their profits in Capex, seeking technology innovation and consequently survive in the long run.
The world is constantly evolving in the technological sense and the educational area must follow these processes so that it does not become outdated and to keep training quality professionals, who attract the attention and interest of the market. This study aimed to observe the appreciation of students' autonomy in their learning process when using the rotations modality by stations related to active methodologies in remote education. The modality was applied to students of higher undergraduate courses at a private university. Data were collected through observation in the classroom, interaction of the subjects in the proposed activities, narratives of the participants, and questionnaires. There was greater support on the part of the students to the activities, stimulating the autonomy of the students, and consequently, improvement in the process of construction of learning of the proposed concepts.
