gibt es zwei ausgabenfamilien, die sich mit bezug auf gewisse sprachliche erscheinungen in interessanter weise unterscheiden. So mit bezug auf die Wortstellung im nebensatz. Ich greife zunächst eine einzelerscheinung heraus. Wenn im nebensatz eine vollendete zeitform eines passiv gebrauchten zeitworts vorkommt, ist die jetzt gewöhnliche Wortfolge die, daß das verbum finitum -in diesem fall immer eine conjugationsform des hilfszeitworts sein -am ende des satzes steht. Dies ist vollständig in Übereinstimmung mit dem hauptgesetz für die Wortfolge in dem durch relative und indefinite pronomina, sowie durch conjunctionen eingeleiteten nebensatz. wie es sich seit Otfrid und Notker in wachsender consequenz für das deutsche entwickelt hat (vgl. u. a. Erdmann, Grundzüge der deutschen syntax nach ihrer geschichtlichen entwicklung, I, § 216): Das verbum finitum tritt ans ende; alle vor dem verbum finitum stehenden Satzteile behalten dieselbe reihenfolge, die sie in selbständigen Sätzen haben würden: Er ist geschlagen worden; Ick ^veiß ) daß er geschlagen worden ist. Für die zuletzt genannte familie ist die Simplicissimusredaction charakteristisch, die Adelbert v. Keller seiner ausgäbe zugrunde legte: 'Der Abenteuerliche Simplicissimus', Stuttgart, Bibliothek des literarischen Vereins, 1854. Es ist die gewöhnlich mit dem buchstaben B angedeutete redaction, die 1669 erschien: 'Der Abentheurliche Simplicissimus Teutsch, Das ist: Die Beschreibung deß Lebens eines seltzamen Vaganten, genant Melchior Sternfels von Fuchshaim, wo und welcher gestalt er nemlich in diese Welt kommen, was er darinn gesehen, gelernet, erfahren und außgestanden, auch w r arumb er solche wieder freywillig quittirt.
