The aims of this research were to measure the English students’ vocabulary size as well to measure the students’ vocabulary size which was less and more than 1000 words. The research method that the researcher used was quantitative with 209 students as sample. The research instrument was a test which consisted of 79 items. The research findings show the first year students of UIN Raden Intan English department have an average vocabulary size 1400 words. The number of the first year students of UIN Raden Intan English department who have the vocabulary size less than 1000 words is about 11 students or only 6% students. On the other hand, the number of students who have the vocabulary more than 1000 words is about 192 students or 94% students.
Covid 19 pandemic outbreak has slowed down the economy and even fell into a recession. The government is trying to focus on economic recovery efforts by encouraging development so that each village can cultivate the potential that exists in its area to create economic independence without expecting any more programs or assistance from the government. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by utilizing data from the results of field interviews, observations and coupled with literacy studies. Researchers try to cluster the potential of villages in Bandung district by processing data sourced from the national statistical agency to determine the potential in the village and the proposed development is based on a cluster approach and is based on the results of data processing, it is known that several phenomena as well as several issues arise and conduct field observations to compare data with phenomena that occur in the field to try to formulate solutions for village development in order to create an independent village, from the research results it is known that there are several proposals, namely through distribution through village potential clusters which are to make programs that are more focused and directed in increasing economic growth, then there is a need for information in management existing human resources in the village to create competencies which in turn can help the village, especially in an effort to get out of the current economic pressure.
Building construction is one of the most complex construction hence construction delay is always happened. Substructure work is the first stage of building construction work. If a delay occurs in the substructure work stage, it will cause a snowball effect which can cause all of the building construction stage to be delayed. Therefore, research on the delay factor in substructure work is urgent to be mitigated at the beginning of the construction process. Identifying the delay factor is the main objective of this research. Furthermore, this research also tries to develop a model of delay factor in the substructure work stage. This research was conducted on high-risk building construction work, mix used area, and integrated with a railway station. The survey was conducted on 30 professional engineers in building constructions. This research was started in identifying the delay factor and analyzed using multiple regression methods to determine the influence of delay factors. The analysis showed that 13 delay factors that have a significant influence on project delay with a value of p<0,050. The three highest correlated delay factors are government policy factor (r=0,880), construction work accident factor (r=0,847), and design factor (r=0,843). The identified delay factors can be intervened by mitigating that at the beginning of the project in order the future projects not to be late.
Procurement of Government Goods & Services is an activity to obtain goods and services by Ministries, Institutions, Regional Work Units, other Institutions.
