The paper examines the organisational and methodological aspects of individualization behind professional higher education through the implementation of an individual learning trajectory of higher education candidates, taking into account the forced activation of distance learning. It analyses a survey of students on the individual learning trajectory as well as the organisational and methodological approaches to its implementation in one of the typical higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The authors discuss ways of using elements of different types of training in the process of realisation of the student's individual learning trajectory. The conducted analysis allowed them to pinpoint the main organisational and methodological directions of updating the individual educational trajectory. The theoretical basis of the study became the main principles and regulations of higher education organisation. The study used historical-logical and systemic approaches, general scientific and special methods, in particular: statistical (when analysing and interpreting data from higher education students on the individual trajectory of education); monographic and abstract-logical methods (when analysing the influence of individualisation of students' set of competences on the format of higher education); methods of observation and generalization (when discussing the use of elements of various forms of education in the implementation of the students' individual learning trajectory); methods of systemic analysis and synthesis. As a result, the directions for the development of the means of implementing the individual learning trajectory of higher education students in specialty 073 "Management" were formed.
The paper discusses programme competences of students majoring in the specialty 073 -Management in conditions of distance learning caused by the pandemic COVID-19. It analyses the influence of distance learning methods and techniques on the programme competences of managers. The paper studies the curriculum design of the first (bachelor's) degree course 073 -Management within the field of knowledge "Management and Administration" (07) at one of the typical higher education institutions in Ukraine in conditions of distance learning. The authors consider relevant components of the curriculum design. The analysis allowed the authors to identify which of the programme competences in the course design were made easier for the students to acquire due to pandemic-induced distance learning mode. The authors suggest a way to improve the curriculum design for the next year of study.
The work deals with organizational and methodical issues of using traditional and nontraditional methods in business education. The presented is classification of non-traditional teaching methods, is emphasized the relativity of the concepts "traditional method" and "non-traditional method". Is noteds, that the main factors affecting the choice of non-traditional methods and approaches today are the introduction of a competence approach in business education and the transition to a mixed (full-time – distance) form of education, caused by the disruption of the established organization of the educational process due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the spread armed conflicts (wars). It is emphasized that the formation of non-traditional methods and forms of the educational process is due to the desire to overcome certain limitations of traditional methods, to increase the interest of those seeking education in individual subjects and the learning process as a whole. The most effective non-traditional methods in business education include methods based on the use of computer and information – communication technologies, distance learning, a competence approach and differentiation of education. Is particularly effective in the process of applied mathematics training of applicants of higher economic education of the first (bachelor) level, it the technological approach combined with the professionalization of educational tasks. The implementation of the approach involves the study of the technology for solving typical (professional or quasiprofessional) task, including a meaningful statement of the problem; construction of a logical and (or) mathematical model; mastering the method of implementing the model using publicly available software tools; interpretation of the obtained results. This is an example of a quasiprofessional task. Traditional and non-traditional methods in business education should not be seen as antagonistic methods. Modern educational methods should be built on the basis of a combination of traditional and non-traditional methods and approaches in proportions that depend on the specific discipline and type of educational work. Each teacher should choose exactly those methods that most correspond to his discipline and teaching style, the way of communicating with the audience, the composition of the specific audience, the available resources, etc. The work presents an example of a combination of traditional and non-traditional methods when studying the discipline "Optimization methods and models".
Introduction. The successful functioning and competitiveness of any enterprise in the agricultural sector directly depends on the coordinated interaction of all subsystems of the enterprise, including logistics. The introduction of pandemic quarantine due to COVID-19 and military operations in Ukraine forced the economy to adapt to a different mode of operation. However, some industries cannot fully transition to remote modes. Logistics cannot yet be fully virtualized. Along with the transition to the most remote mode of operation, the delivery of consumer goods and personal orders continues, which challenges enterprises to find ways to improve logistics activities. Purpose. Based on the conducted research and analysis, develop a mathematical model for finding the best suboptimal solutions for the problem of reducing the transport costs of agricultural enterprises during the transportation (sale) of products. Methodology. In the process of the research, an economic-mathematical model was built on the example of a production-transportation problem on the optimization of the transportation plan of some homogeneous products directly from suppliers to consumers, on the example of the activity of the agricultural enterprise PPC "Agrocentr" in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The model was tested on the statistical data of the company's work for 2021, modern Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software was used, namely, the Solution Search tool and Google Sheets tools. Results. It has been proven that the results of the optimization of the product transportation plan make it possible to use the production potential of the enterprise in the most effective way and ensure the lowest costs during the sale of products. Such a model can be used to analyze the activity of any agricultural enterprise, for different periods of time, and will also reveal the features of the transportation of products not only of the enterprise, but also of its individual divisions, and in addition, it makes it possible to make management decisions at various stages of production and sales of products.
