The paper examines the organisational and methodological aspects of individualization behind professional higher education through the implementation of an individual learning trajectory of higher education candidates, taking into account the forced activation of distance learning. It analyses a survey of students on the individual learning trajectory as well as the organisational and methodological approaches to its implementation in one of the typical higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The authors discuss ways of using elements of different types of training in the process of realisation of the student's individual learning trajectory. The conducted analysis allowed them to pinpoint the main organisational and methodological directions of updating the individual educational trajectory. The theoretical basis of the study became the main principles and regulations of higher education organisation. The study used historical-logical and systemic approaches, general scientific and special methods, in particular: statistical (when analysing and interpreting data from higher education students on the individual trajectory of education); monographic and abstract-logical methods (when analysing the influence of individualisation of students' set of competences on the format of higher education); methods of observation and generalization (when discussing the use of elements of various forms of education in the implementation of the students' individual learning trajectory); methods of systemic analysis and synthesis. As a result, the directions for the development of the means of implementing the individual learning trajectory of higher education students in specialty 073 "Management" were formed.
The training of modern specialists in the field of philology, and in particular the formation of their communicative competence, is a very complex and time-consuming process, which depends on a variety of objective and subjective factors. In this study, we used the business game method to increase the level of environmental education and communicative competence of students of philology. Environmental education provides an opportunity to create the necessary conditions for the sustainable development of the economy and society. In most industrialized countries, there are trends towards saving the natural resources consumed, and waste recycling is also used to reuse the useful resources contained in them. In our opinion, sustainable socio-economic development should provide for the preservation of the fauna and flora, the fertility of the land, as well as the cleanliness of the air space for future generations. We believe that this requires the availability of high-quality environmental education among specialists in various areas of human activity. The results of the business game showed an increase in students ’ communicative competence, as well as an increase in environmental education and the desire to protect the environment.
In market conditions, to ensure the economic development of enterprises are forced to constantly monitor and increase the economic efficiency of their activities. The strategy of the enterprises of the electric power industry should provide for the creation of a comprehensive system of measures aimed at achieving promising efficiency parameters.
The level of profitability is most affected by the size of production costs, which indicates significant amount production costs, but the technical potential of CHP is not exhausted, which allows to increase the load on existing equipment of enterprise.
In addition, the market position is not clearly assigned to the enterprise, which allows for the development of a new market niche in the form of the left bank of the city. The results of the restoration of the heating system on the right and left banks will allow the enterprise to become an integral part of the city's infrastructure.
