AbstrakPenelitian didasari adanya fenomena kebingungan siswa SMK terhadap karir yang akan diambil. Pendidikan yang sedang ditempuh banyak yang tidak sejalan dengan karir yang sebenarnya diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui profil kematangan karir siswa SMK, (2) melakukan kajian terhadap program bimbingan karir di sekolah (3) mengetahui upaya bimbingan karir oleh guru BK, (4) mengetahui efektifitas program bimbingan karir yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonRandomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kematangan karir siswa secara umum di SMK N 11 Bandung berkategori sedang, (2) Indikator yang memiliki persentase terbesar adalah keterlibatan, independensi, dan pemilihan pekerjaan, sementara indikator terendah adalah kompromi, pemahaman diri, dan pengetahuan pekerjaan, (3) Program Bimbingan Karir terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan Kematangan karir siswa sehingga layak untuk diterapkan dalam layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Rekomendasi penelitian: (1) Pihak sekolah, untuk memberikan perhatian lebih terutama dalam dukungan sistem, terhadap bimbingan karir yang dilaksanakan di sekolah, (2) Peneliti selanjutnya, disarankan untuk menggunakan wawancara dan observasi sebagaiteknik pengambilan data kualitatif. Kata kunci: Kematangan karir, program bimbingan karir AbstractThe research is based on the phenomenon of confusion vocational students toward a career that will be taken. Education is being pursued many of which are not in line with the actual desired career. The research objective is (1) to determine the career maturity profile of vocational students, (2) a review of the program of career guidance at school (3) knowing career guidance efforts by teachers BK, (4) determine the effectiveness of career guidance program that is carried out. This study uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental design method nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. The data was analyzed by t-test techniques. The results showed (1) career maturity of students in general in SMK N 11 Bandung categorized medium, (2) Indicators that have the biggest percentage is the involvement, independence, and a selection of work, while the indicator lows is a compromise, self-understanding, and knowledge work, ( 3) Career Guidance Program proved effective in improving students' career maturity making it feasible to apply the guidance and counseling services. Recommendations of the study: (1) The school, to give more attention, especially in the support system for career guidance carried out in schools, (2) Researchers further, it is recommended to use interviews and observation sebagaiteknik qualitative data retrieval.
This study aimed to determine the effect of positive emotions and brand equity on impulsive buying on female consumers. The research used the quantitative method with 414 female consumers. The instruments were the Dispositional Positive Emotion Scale, Brand Equity Scale, and The Impulse Buying Tendency Scale. The data analysis techniques which is used in this research is multiple regression. The results show that positive emotions had no effect on impulsive buying. Furthermore this study also show that brand equity has a direct effect on impulsive buying
When a company has employees with high keterikatan kerja, the company will have employees who are able to carry out and modify work according to their capabilities. The other hand, job crafting plays an important role in change management and organizational success, this is because employees will be able to overcome problems in the workplace by modifying work according to their capabilities. Job crafting is directly and positively influenced by keterampilan sosials to interact effectively and influence others in the workplace. This study used linear regression that participated by 53 employees.. The results were keterampilan sosials and job crafting had an effect on keterikatan kerja on employees by variance explained of 46.1%.
Berbagai studi terhadap akademisi selama ini lebih banyak berfokus pada pendekatan patogenesis seperti penanganan stres atau beban kerja. Sementara itu, studi melalui kerangka salutogenesis seperti well-being masih jarang dilakukan, padahal hal tersebut penting untuk penguatan ketahanan psikologis dan peningkatan batas toleransi stres. Maka dari itu, riset kali ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengkaji kualitas well-being pada dosen dengan menggunakan konstruk PERMA: positive emotions, engagement, relationship, meaning dan accomplishment. Dalam penelitian ini, The PERMA Profiler digunakan untuk mengukur kesejahteraan psikologis 159 dosen UPI (pria= 50,31%; perempuan= 39,62%; tidak teridentifikasi= 10,06%) yang dipilih secara aksidental dari delapan fakultas. Hasil uji deskriptif menggambarkan bahwa mayoritas akademisi di UPI memiliki kualitas well-being yang cukup adekuat. Selain itu, analisis korelasional dengan menggunakan pearson pada setiap dimensi menunjukkan bahwa semua pilar PERMA dan well-being memiliki korelasi kuat dengan nilai paling signifikan ada pada relationship (r = .873; p .01). Di sisi lain, kesepian pada dosen tidak ada hubungannya dengan well-being, namun berkaitan erat dengan emosi negatif (r = .630; p .01). Dinamika well-being pada dosen serta implikasinya terhadap institusi akademik dibahas lebih lanjut.There are plenty of studies on academicians that focus on pathogenic approaches, such as work stress treatment or workload burden. Meanwhile, only a few types of research implemented salutogenic framework like well-being, whereas this kind of approach is crucial to bolster the psychological strength and escalate the line of stress tolerance. Therefore, this study aims to dive in and examine the quality of an academician’s well-being in the university using five constructs called PERMA: positive emotions, engagement, relationship, meaning, and accomplishment. The PERMA Profile was used to measure psychological well-being of 159 lecturer in UPI (man= 50, 31%; woman= 39,62%; unidentified= 10,06%) that was chosen by accidental sampling from eight faculties. The descriptive analysis depicted that most academicians in UPI have adequate well-being. Besides, correlational analysis using Pearson on each dimension showed that all pillars of PERMA and well-being had a strong correlation with the most significant value was on "relationship" (r = .873; p .01). On the other hand, loneliness in academicians did not correlate with well-being, yet had a close relation with negative emotions (r= .630; p.01). The dynamics of an academician’s well-being and its implication toward the institution are discussed.
This study aimed to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and communication satisfaction of organizational citizenship behavior of employees. This research used quantitative approach with correlational methods. The participants of this research was 300 employees in Bandung. The instruments were emotional intelligence (Goleman that modified by Muta’asifah (2013), communication satisfaction (Downs and Hazen, 1977), and organizational citizenship behavior (Kumar and Shah, 2015). The analysis of this research was multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research showed that there is a effect of emotional intelligence and communication satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Bandung. In order to improve the aspects of this research that are still lacking, it is necessary to conduct training and counseling on employees.
