This study aims to determine the relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing among psychology department students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). This correlational study involved 150 students recruited using the quota sampling technique. Academic Stress Inventory and The Cyberloafing Scale were employed as the data collection instrument. The obtained data were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis, showing a positive relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing. The results of the study can serve as a reference for school counselors in designing guidance and counseling services to reduce academic stress and cyberloafing.
The aim of this study was to identify the relationship of religious coping with self-compassion, gratitude with self-compassion, and the relationship of both religious coping and gratitude with self-compassion on postnatal visually impaired early adults at PSBN Wyataguna Kota Bandung. This study used quantitative method with 79 postnatal visually impaired students as participants. Iranian Religious Coping Instrument was used to measure religious coping in this study, GQ-6 instrument was used to measure gratitude, and Self-Compassion Scale was used to measure self-compassion. Data analysis technic that was used in this study was simple correlation and linear regression. Result of this study showed that religious coping and gratitude are positively correlated to self compassion with a score of 0,614.
When a company has employees with high keterikatan kerja, the company will have employees who are able to carry out and modify work according to their capabilities. The other hand, job crafting plays an important role in change management and organizational success, this is because employees will be able to overcome problems in the workplace by modifying work according to their capabilities. Job crafting is directly and positively influenced by keterampilan sosials to interact effectively and influence others in the workplace. This study used linear regression that participated by 53 employees.. The results were keterampilan sosials and job crafting had an effect on keterikatan kerja on employees by variance explained of 46.1%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh takut akan kegagalan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik yang dimoderasi status identitas vokasional pada mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan pada 227 orang mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia tingkat satu, dua, tiga dan empat menggunakan instrumen Academic Procrastination Scale (APS), The Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI), dan Occupational Identity Scale (OIS). Hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi ganda dan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa takut akan kegagalan dapat menjadi prediktor terjadinya prokrastinasi akademik. Status identitas vokasional achievement berperan sebagai quasi moderator, status identitas vokasional moratorium tidak memoderasi, status identitas vokasional foreclosure berperan sebagai pure moderator, dan status identitas vokasional diffusion berperan sebagai variabel intervening pada penelitian ini.
Penerimaan diri seseorang akan sangat ditentukan oleh bagaimana dia menilai dirinya sendiri atau dengan kata lain ditentukan oleh rasa harga diri. Di samping itu, penerimaan diri seseorang pun banyak dipengaruhi oleh ada atau tidaknya dukungan sosial yang diterimanya. Berkaitan dengan itu, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh dari harga diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap penerimaan diri orang tua yang memiliki anak tunanetra. Metode dalam penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Sampel penelitian yang diperoleh sebanyak 37 orang responden. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dari masing-masing harga diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap penerimaan diri meskipun pengaruh dari dukungan sosial tidak signifikan, serta adanya pengaruh positif secara bersama-sama dari harga diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap penerimaan diri.
