PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Análise Ergonômica; Usabilidade; REBA; Fatores HumanosABSTRACT: Tools to aid ergonomic analysis are often used when there is need for evaluation of musculoskeletal risks at work. Of these tools, one of the most known is the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) tool. Its wide use has changed its form of distribution and application by several authors to try to find its best way of application. In addition, with the advent of cell phones and tablets, several versions of this tool's apps were made. Few researches can be found about the usability of this method; also which version is most appropriate in terms of usability. The objective of this article is to evaluate the usability of the REBA tool in two different versions to verify the influence that such usability has on the results generated by it. It is believed that any type of tool that will be used for an ergonomic evaluation must, intrinsically, be usable, since its usability has a direct influence on its reliability and replicability. Thus, a comparative usability analysis of the tool on paper and app versions was performed with eight subjects to verify this usability. We found a better usability for the application, but similar reliability for the two versions. Thus, both can be used for REBA evaluation.
This work presents a systematic review of the Design Management research in the whole country of Brazil. Focusing on existent research groups, it sought to characterize a current design management research scenario. To do so, a systematic review was done considering the design management groups registered at National Council of Scientific Development -CNPq. As result, it was found 53 research groups located in thirteen Brazilian Federal States working with nine different research themes. The results made possible to discuss the group's geographical distribution, the progress of the studies, the growth of the groups over time. It also suggests, towards the advancement in the area, the creation of a research network.
We investigated the level of ease of use and learnability of three online versions of storage systems: Dropbox™, Google Drive and Onedrive by applying usability tests on novice users. There was homogeneity between platforms with no statistically significant differences found. There was a large number of dropouts, fewer errors and more delay than expected. The SUS scores were similar and low for the three drives. We have found three major usability problems of drives for novice users: 1) the taxonomy used on the buttons and menus; 2) the lack of use of conventions in relation to more traditional platforms views in operating systems and 3) the absence of feedback and clearer contextual information.
