El objetivo de este ensayo fue ampliar la comprensión acerca de la convivencia escolar, haciendo educativas y como estos comportamientos podrían abordarse desde el modelo del comportamiento organizacional ciudadano (COC) desarrollado por Spector (2002). Para alcanzar este objetivo, se planteó el tema de la convivencia escolar a partir de la propuesta del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y algunos otros autores; así como se describió que se entiende por conductas de ciudadanía y al tema de la convivencia escolar.
The present study was aimed at determining intervention strategies to reduce the Burnout syndrome in personnel working in health institutions in Barranquilla. The methodology was of descriptive type, of field, the population was of (26) subjects. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) instrument was applied, consisting of 22 whose reliability is close to 0.9. It was verified that health professionals are broken by the Burnout Syndrome, because of the strict work regime, it was found that most of the staff shows a high degree of emotional fatigue. Those who would have a higher risk of contracting the Syndrome and therefore being more dissatisfied at work, are those who are over 30 years of age, female.
In recent times, education in general faces great challenges due the constant changes in the economic, social, and political spheres, as a product of globalization; therefore, it is essential to improve education and interaction during the teaching and learning processes. However, as a consequence of technological and scientifical development, every aspect of human life has been transformed, immersed, and influenced by it; the individual's learning must be attached to the revolutionary changes brought by new technologies, Constant updating is essential, for the best use of technological applications and tools in educational institutions. In order to analyze JueduLand software, for teaching language skills in elementary educational institutions in the Colombian Caribbean, the results of a study with descriptive statistical analysis of variables are shown. The results allowed respondents to recognize each of the components that make up the variable, having a high presence in the use of JueduLand as a tool for teaching linguistics skills.
