Supply chain management has always been fascinating to study. Not only goods but also the integration of logistical complexities to meet the requirements of customers or corporations (Extron, 2012). At the same time, inventory management is also fundamental in supply chain management (Dorfman, 1954; Hult et al., 2004). Warehouse management systems play an important role in logistics to maintain effectiveness, controlling movement and storage of materials. This system is critical because it involves chain management. This study strives to find evidence on order picking systems to maximize warehouse space and warehouse performance. Also, this study attempts to test the likelihood that inventory management has a significant influence on financial performance in the manufacturing industry. The methodology relies on qualitative and quantitative approaches to note the successful implementation of the order picking system, and the financial impact. This study provides evidence on the substantial relationships among SCM, inventory management & financial performance.

Nowadays, visualization of food appearance has become an important factor in influencing customer satisfaction which is creating an unforgettable experience when people visit to the restaurant. The aspect of visualizing the appearance of food must also be balanced by good food quality in the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of visualization of food appearance and food quality in achieving customer satisfaction in Tutup Panci Bistro. In this study, visualization of food appearance has five important factors that support in achieving customer satisfaction, which are; component of the material used, color selection, food texture, shape and size, and layout. Therefore, in previous study, quality of food has three important factors, which are: the taste of food, the variety of menus, and the nutritional content of food. The methodology used in this study was quantitative and qualitative, whereas, quantitative data collection was obtained through questionnaires to guests at Tutup Panci Bistro. Meanwhile, qualitative data is obtained through interviews with food influencers/reviewers. Based on the results obtained, appearance and quality of food have a significant positive influence towards customer satisfaction at Tutup Panci Bistro.
With the fast-pace growth on apartment buildings in major cities in Indonesia, it is interesting to investigate the underlying reasons behind such high growth rates. Relying on the perspective of employee competence and prevailing activities on customer relationship management (CRM), this study intends to investigate the degree on influential factors toward organizational value creation for Bird Group, as the owner/manager of a few service apartments in the city of Bandung, in the province of Jawa Barat, Indonesia. It has become a public knowledge that any potential improvements on employee competence should generally impact the employee performance in carrying their tasks and responsibilities. Improvements on employee performance are expected to bring about enhancements on the combinations of CRM activities. The betterment in CRM activities may likely inspire public to step-up their buying intentions (BI) toward products/services. This may be true as the general level of customer satisfaction has increased. Undoubtedly, the higher BI is expected to push-up the organizational value creation. Having said that, it is uncertain whether or not such relationships do occur among those chosen variables in this study. This study relies on a quantitative approach to objectively evaluate empirical evidence. Since there are countless theoretical discussions on competence and the needs for employee training/development, this study seeks to investigate the actual significant influence of employee competence toward CRM activities, BI, customer satisfaction and organizational value creation. It is expected that the relationships among variables are positive and significant. In addition to the quantitative approach, a qualitative method is also utilized to extract managerial insights on the relationships among variables/indicators. This qualitative research aims to determine how crucial Multiple Intelligence is in Islamic religious learning. The method in this research is a theoretical study that tries to find hypotheses by examining various research sources and online media about Multiple Intelligence. The collecting data is by gathering some literature obtained from various articles, both accredited national journals and reputable international journals. Data analysis is done by mapping from the collected data and obtaining literature from multiple intelligences in Islamic Religious Education. The result of this research is that with the application of multiple intelligences, the teacher can map the condition of students based on their potential and interests and with the among system, the characteristics of students can be continuously fostered without being shackled to their "independence" to develop.
