UMKM Salak Cristal is an agro-industry that is engaged in processing salak into various processed salak products. UMKM Salak Cristal has offline and online sales, but less consumer noticed and marketing strategies. UMKM Salak Cristal is not the only salak manufacture producer in Sleman. Therefore it makes UMKM Salak Cristal need information on customer satisfaction to develop appropriate marketing strategies to know changes in consumer needs and achieve customer satisfaction. Accordingly, researchers need to analyze customer satisfaction to help UMKM Salak Cristal in developing the right marketing strategy. This study aimed to 1) Analyze the level of satisfaction with salak chips at UMKM Salak Cristal Turi District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta; 2) Determine the marketing strategies that can be done in UMKM Salak Cristal Turi District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The method of this research used survey method and the sampling method used in this study was the Non-probability sampling method with the accidental sampling technique. A total of 100 respondents were calculated using a linear time function formula. The methods of this research are used Important Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that: 1) Customer satisfaction to salak chips product in UMKM Salak Cristal is on the criterion of satisfaction, 2) Product attributes that must be prioritized to be improved are taste variations, sales and online promotions, store locations, employee uniforms, neat-looking employees, payment processing, displays adjust of products, and product price tags.

The increase in coffee consumption in Japan is caused by several reasons, including changes in lifestyle in society due to westernization which introduced the habit of drinking coffee. Marketing that emphasizes instant coffee and roasted or ground coffee beans, a fast growing cafe or coffee shop. The product innovation process is increasingly developing so that Japanese people can enjoy coffee more easily. The research objective was to determine the factors that influence the volume of Indonesian coffee exports to Japan. The research method in this research uses quantitative methods. Type of data used is secondary data in the form of time series data from 1989 to 2018. The data sources were obtained from the directorate general of the United Nations and Commodities of Trade (UN Comtrade), World Bank. The analysis used multiple linear regression models through the ECM approach. The results showed that an increase in Japanese population, world tea prices and Indonesia Japan Economics Partnership (IJEPA) policies would increase the volume of Indonesian coffee exports to Japan. While Japanese coffee consumption, world coffee prices and inflation reduce the volume of Indonesian coffee exports to Japan. The increase in coffee production, Japanese GDP and the exchange rate did not increase or decrease the volume of coffee exports to Japan.   Keywords: coffee, exports, consumption, error correction model

Biodiesel is a substitute product for fossil oil or diesel which is made from vegetable oil. Indonesia as a producer of biodiesel which is made from palm oil. This derivative product of palm oil is supported by Government policies in its utilization and supply. This policy boosted the palm oil industry, so that production and export capacity increased for a decade. The European Union is the largest consumer of biodiesel. Therefore, Indonesia exports biodiesel to the European Union and has become one of the largest exporters in the region. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence Indonesia's biodiesel exports in the European Union. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using OLS to examine the factors that affect the amount of Indonesian biodiesel exports in the European Union. The results show, the regression test of the factors that affect the amount of Indonesian biodiesel exports in the European Union, namely; EU biodiesel production and biodiesel consumption have a significant or positive effect on total exports of 0.54% and 0.14%; the factor of the Rupiah exchange rate against the Euro, Indonesian biodiesel consumption, the dummy anti-dumping duty policy, international biodiesel prices and Indonesian diesel consumption have negative effects - respectively -0.04%, - 0.63%; -71.7%; -0.27%; -0.04, while the CPO production factor and oil palm land area did not significantly affect the amount of biodiesel exports to the European Union. From these factors, the government needs to increase biodiesel production and maintain biodiesel consumption in the EU so that it does not decline. Increased bilateral diplomacy to partner countries in offering biodiesel needs to be increased so that Indonesian biodiesel has a very strong competitiveness and does not depend on just one trading partner.

The development of shallot farming in Adipala Sub-district starting in 2018 faced several problems, namely most farmers still had low experience of shallot farming, the type of land that was less fertile, shallot seeds from Brebes which were not specific to coastal land. This research aimed to analyze 1) revenue, cost, income, and R/C, 2) the level of production risk, 3) factors influencing production, 4) factors influencing production risk. The research object was farmers who carried out shallot farming during the growing season from November 2019 to January 2020 in Adipala Village, Bunton Village, and Karanganyar Village. The sampling method was saturated sampling. Data analysis consisted of analysis of revenue, cost, income, R/C, coefficient of variation, and Just & Pope production risk function regression. The results showed that the shallot farming in Adipala Sub-district was profitable, namely per farm it had revenue Rp10,834,600.00, cost Rp9,999,943.61, income Rp834,656.39, and R/C 1.06. The production risk level was high at 85.49%. Factors that had been shown to significantly influence production were land area, seedlings, labor, agricultural lime, petroganik, manure, TSP, ZA, KCl, NPK, herbicides, and fungicides. Meanwhile, factors that had been shown to significantly influence production risk were TSP, NPK, and fungicides.

ABSTRAKArtikel ini berisi tentang analisis keunggulan kompetitif kopi dari tahun 2015-2020 dengan membandingkan kopi Indonesia sebagai salah satu pengekspor utama dengan beberapa negara pengekspor utama lainnya seperti (Brazil, Kolombia, Vietnam dan Ethiopia). Perhitungan yang digunakan, yaitu Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP) dan Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). Data diambil dan diolah dari beberapa sumber seperti Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), International Coffee Organization (ICO), serta Trade Statistics for International Business Development (TradeMap). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, terlihat bahwa Kolombia diikuti oleh Ethiopia, Brazil dan Vietnam memiliki keunggulan komparatif pada semua periode. Sedangkan Indonesia masih berada pada peringkat kelima. Indonesia harus menghadapi kompetisi yang kuat antara Brazil dan Kolombia dalam pasar internasional. Terlebih lagi, 90% produk kopi Indonesia adalah kopi robusta yang memiliki kualitas rendah.
