Perubahan gaya hidup dan pola makan menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya gangguan saluran pencernaan. Gangguan pencernaan yang paling banyak diderita adalah dispepsia. Dalam hal ini banyak faktor risiko yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekambuhan dispepsia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pasien dan penggunaan obat dispepsia di klinik A daerah Bekasi Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional dengan metode pengambilan data secara retrospektif melalui rekam medik pasien. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana terdapat 200 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Karakteristik pasien dispepsia di Klinik A Daerah Bekasi Timur yang dominan adalah berjenis kelamin perempuan (60%), berada pada rentang umur ≥ 56 tahun (27,5%), tanpa ada penyakit penyerta (76,5%), jenis penyakit penyerta hipertensi (46,42%), frekuensi kedatangan pasien 1 kali (64,5%), dan penggunaan obat dispepsia dengan 3 kombinasi (57%). Dari hasil uji statistik dihasilkan pernyataan bahwa jenis kelamin, umur tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan frekuensi dispepsia (p > 0,05). Penyakit penyerta mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan frekuensi dispepsia (p < 0,05). Jenis kelamin, umur, penyakit penyerta tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan penggunaan obat dispepsia (p > 0,05). Frekuensi dispepsia mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan obat dispepsia (p < 0,05).
Idioms in Japanese are called kanyouku. This study aims to describe the kanyouku translation strategies and procedures contained in the novel. The theory used in this study are the theory of idiom translation strategy according to Baker (1992) and the theory of translation procedures according to Vinay & Darbelnet in Venuti (2000). This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study are the kanyouku of the upper limbs contained in the novel Shikisai wo Motanai Tazaki Tsukuru to Kare no Junrei no Toshi (2013) by Haruki Murakami and its translation in Indonesian "Tsukuru Tazaki Without Color and the Year of His Pilgrimage" (2018) which is translated by Ribeka Ota. From the result of the analysis of 35 kanyouku it was found that the kanyouku translation strategy used by the translator was a strategy using an idiom of similar meaning and form and a paraphrasing strategy. While the translation procedures used are literal translation, transposition and equivalence.
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana hegemoni budaya ditampilkan Haruki Murakami dalam novel Noruwei no Mori (1991). Dalam karya itu, hegemoni budaya ditampilkan melalui sudut pandang narator sebagai masyarakat Jepang ketika dihadapkan pada persoalan pengaruh budaya barat yang sedang berkembang di Jepang. Analisis ini menggunakan teori hegemoni budaya yang konseptual (Gramsci) dengan isu yang dihadapi masyarakat Jepang. Selain itu, analisis ini juga menggunakan pendekatan naratologi homodiegetik (Genette) untuk mengetahui bahwa narator juga berperan sebagai tokoh utama di dalam novel. Peneliti berargumentasi bahwa hegemoni budaya dalam karya Haruki Murakami itu adalah suara dari kegelisahannya terhadap perubahan yang terjadi di Jepang terutama di kalangan remaja.Kata Kunci: Haruki Murakami; hegemoni budaya; masyarakat Jepang
The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation in participating in the Japanese class of XII grade students of SMK Perpajakan Riau. The material used in this study was a video learning material chapter 3 about self-introduction or Hajimemashite from the Sakura textbook used by Japanese language teachers for teaching. The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using a absence via google glassroom. Based on the results of data management, data observation and data analysis, it can be seen that the effect of learning using learning media in the form of PowerPoint and video is more effective. This effectiveness can be used as an indicator of the learning process that uses learning media to further increase student motivation to attend class better than the learning commonly used by teachers in these schools. Researchers hope that this research can improve the online learning methods used by teachers so that they can attract student interest and motivation in online learning so that students will be interested and diligent in participating in learning without feeling bored with the material provided by the teacher in the future, especially during this covid-19 pandemic
Various types of learning systems are implemented in schools depending on their respective policies. SMA Cendana Pekanbaru is one of the schools that uses a moving class learning system in the teaching and learning process. With this system, it is expected to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process, to increase student motivation and also to achieve student learning outcomes. The moving class system is a teaching and learning system characterized by students visiting the teacher in class. The purpose of this study was to find out how the moving class system was applied at Cendana High School Pekanbaru and how it affected students' learning motivation in Japanese subjects. This research is a descriptive research with the research subject is class XII students who take Japanese language specialization hours as many as 9 people. Data were taken by means of interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires and then analyzed and drawn conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the teaching and learning process using the moving class system at SMA Cendana Pekanbaru has been going well and the moving class has a positive effect on students' learning motivation.
