The problem of the development of emotional intelligence of future specialists in vocational education is investigated. It is established that emotional intelligence is the subject of scientific knowledge of modern domestic and foreign research. Based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical works of scientists and the real practice of emotional intelligence, it is established that the modern labor market needs workers with a set of technical, soft, and social skills that can change according to the requirements associated with work. It has been proven that investing in skills development is critical in a country's economic growth and competitiveness. Among the necessary skills of a modern specialist, we have identified: comprehensive problem solving, critical thinking, mobility, creativity, leadership, time management, coordination with others, emotional intelligence, judgment and decision making, guidance service, negotiation, cognitive flexibility. At the theoretical level, the psychological features of the formation of emotional intelligence of future professionals in the specialization 015.36 - Vocational education are substantiated, the technology of light industry products and 015.37 - Vocational education. Agricultural production, processing of farm products, and food technology have scientifically identified ways to form emotional intelligence (involving future teachers of vocational training in various activities: game, project, cooperative, research; establishing parity in the system of interaction "student - student," "teacher - group of students," "student - group of students "; introduction of active teaching methods ("openwork saw," "pyramid," "brainstorming," etc.). The article substantiates the need and possibilities of forming the emotional intelligence of the future specialist during the student period.
The article considers digitalization tools as a means of improving the quality of education. An analysis of the didactic possibilities of innovative digital technologies and tools is presented. It is shown that this form of education requires the use of fundamentally new tools and mechanisms of the educational process, which, in their application, can significantly change the form, process and end results of education.
The current conditions of socio-economic development of Ukraine make changes in the conditions of functioning of higher education. The aim of the article is to investigate the state and identify the problems of creating a favorable educational environment in institutions of higher education. The main methods used are theoretical, empirical, diagnostic, graphic. The article thoroughly researches and substantiates theoretical and methodological foundations and develops the structure of creation of favorable educational environment for professional training of future teachers of vocational training. We have identified the following generally accepted indicators of a favorable educational environment: a favorable psychological climate; content of education, technology of training; spatial environment; development opportunities. 180 teachers from Glukhiv National Pedagogical University named after Alexander Dovzhenko, Khmelnitsky National University, and State Higher Educational Institution “University of Management of Education” participated in the study. Expert assessment of indicators of a favorable educational environment was carried out by teachers through questionnaires. To diagnose the level of favorable psychological climate in the team, we used the methodology of V.V. Shampalovsky and E.G. Shelest "Diagnosis of psychological climate in a small production group". And indicators for diagnosing indicators - content of education, technology of training, spatial environment, development opportunities were investigated by created by us author's questionnaires. The indicators were evaluated on a 5-point scale.
The problem of pedagogical skills of the future teacher of professional training formation is analysed in the work presented. The necessity as for the development of the quality is primarily due to the needs of the labour market for new education pedagogues possessing and revealing critical thinking, communication skills, digital competence, etc. The authors summarize in the idea concerning the following fact that the teacher-master is a highly-developed personality, a specialist of high culture, a master of one's work, who posessing perfect psychological knowledge, awareness in various fields of science and art, mastery in the subject he teaches, training and upbringing skills. The objective of the article is to reveal some peculiarities concerning the ways of development of future teachers of vocational training pedagogical skills in the educational process of Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University. The authors believe that the quality can be improved when the appropriate environment is created. The article points out that currently in Ukraine the increasing attention is directed to the definition of ICT, providing the maximum consideration of individual peculiarities of education applicants. The approaches to the definition of left-handed education applicant (left hand is the leading one) and the notion of ambidextrous (the ability of a person to use both hands equally) are identified. In order to determine the readiness of future teachers to work with left-handed education applicants, a survey of second- and third-year students at Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University was conducted. It was determined that the vast majority (over 80%) among them have limited understanding of the peculiarities of teaching left-handed people. It is proved that there is an urgent need for specialists with appropriate theoretical and practical training, who are capable of effectively teaching left-handed pupils in accordance with their individual-psychological features. The level of empathy found in future educators indicates a positive psychological state of the vast majority of students, which will enable them to form inclusive competence more effectively. It is determined that the "mirror reflection method" is scientifically and methodologically justified to work with left-handed education applicants. In order to prepare future educators to work with left-handed education applicants, online software for mirroring photo and video materials has been identified.
