Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of collaboration, capability and information sharing (IS) on logistic performance, the effect of collaboration and IS on capabilities, the effect of collaboration on logistic performance through capabilities, the influence of IS on logistic performance through capabilities and the effect of logistics capabilities on logistics performance. Design/methodology/approach This study uses a quantitative approach and is included in explanatory research. This research uses cross section research design. The research populations are all companies incorporated in GAFEKSI (Joint Forwarder and Expedition Indonesia) of East Java. Sampling in this research is by using a purposive sample. The sample of this study amounted to 47 forwarder and expedition companies. Data analysis method used is partial least square. Findings Collaboration has a positive impact on capabilities (CAP); capability (LOC) positive impact on logistic performance; collaboration does not directly affect the logistics performance; and construct capabilities (LOC) is the mediation of IS in building business logistics performance. Increasing the intensity of IS has no direct contribution to increased flexibility, and collaboration is driven by partnership and network, whereas CT (trust) can be ignored, as it is not proven to make a dominant contribution to collaboration. Originality/value The novelty of this research is found in the strategic role of capabilities as the dominant latent variable in building business performance of logistic companies. This study finds dual mediation, where both mediations are expressed as full mediation, because the direct effect of mediator latent variables is significant (Little et al., 2010; Hair et al., 1995).

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Pekerja Migran Indonesia adalah pekerja migran Indonesia selalu dihadapkan pada kondisi minimnya kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas diri mereka, pendidikan yang saat ini dijalankan PMI adalah pendidikan penyetaraan baik paket B maupun Paket C, namun kegiatan yang mengarah pada kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas kewirausahaan belum banyak dilakukan. Oleh karena pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis efektuasi menjadi penting dilakukan dalam membekali PMI agar memiliki pengetahuan dan persiapan dengan aset terbaik yang dimiliki saat ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan supaya para pekerja migran yang telah menyelesaikan kontrak kerja di Taiwan dan kembali ke Indonesia akan dapat memiliki ketrampilan pemasaran yang bermanfaat pada saat memulai suatu usaha sendiri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan ini selama dua kali dalam seminggu secara daring (online) dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Hasil kegiatan telah menunjukkan bahwa PMI di Taiwan telah dan dapat memahami dengan baik dalam mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip efektuasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang penting.
Examining and pursuing the Green Supply Chain (GSC) field of research provides an idea in understanding in relation to seeing the extent of the use of chain management of green supply chains used both academics and practitioners. Scientific publications related to green supply chain research are still limited, therefore requires review research to describe the extent to which the concept of green supply chain is applied in business organizations. This study use a literature study with an analysis model review. Emerald Insight Platform (www.emrald.com) was chosen to get scientific journals with the theme of Green Supply Chain. This platform was chosen because: has a depth in explaining the purpose of the articles it published, the language that easily understood, and the use of terms that is easily understood. The research showed, research in the field of green supply chain divided into 5 main themes of writing: framework development, case study literacy, investigating the success of GSC, GSC to Support Business Performance, and Technology and IT Literation. The density index value provides clarification that the use of the concept of green supply chian focused on the field of framework development. The future study in the GSC field refers to the relative density index value by focusing on the realm (1) Modeling Framework, (2) Using Journal Approach, (3) Failure Model and Effect Analysis (FMEA), (4) Boost Value Chain With Process Flow, and (5) Internet of Thing (IoT) Approach.
This study aims to determine the relationship between employee ability and leadership through commitment and motivation towards the employees’ performance at PT. X that are engaged in logistics. The results showed that the model placing organizational com- mitment as a construct proved to be better than the one measuring organizational com- mitment as a multi-construct affective commitment, continuous commitment, and nor- mative commitment. It also showed that between commitment dimensions are highly correlated with each other and therefore it leads to residues correlate with each other’s. Based on the path coefficient test on the modification model, namely placing commitment as a construct, it indicated as follows: Transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee work motivation, organizational commitment proved to have a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, work motivation proved to have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The employees’ ability proved to have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The research implication of this study is a form of human resources development in the company, especially in terms of performance by manipulating its internal leadership and commitment. In the future this can be one way to develop its internal HR.
