ABSTRAKCemaran logam berat dapat terakumulasi pada air laut, sedimen dan biota laut yang hidup di dalamnya. Biota laut seperti kerang hijau (Perna viridis) yang tercemar logam berat melebihi ambang batas yang diijinkan akan membahayakan kesehatan apabila dikonsumsi oleh manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat pada air, sedimen dan kerang hijau (P. viridis) di Teluk Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tiga sentra lokasi budidaya kerang hijau di Teluk Jakarta yaitu Cilincing, Kalibaru dan Kamal Muara pada musim penghujan bulan Oktober 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan logam berat pada air laut di lokasi Cilincing, yaitu Pb 0,368 mg/L; Cd 0,007 mg/L; dan Hg 0,072 mg/L dan di lokasi Kalibaru, yaitu Pb 0,422 mg/L; Cd 0,005 mg/L; dan Hg 0,045 mg/L, sudah melebihi ambang batas yang ditetapkan oleh Kepmen LH No.51/2004. Kandungan Hg pada sedimen perairan di lokasi Cilincing (0,85 mg/kg), Kalibaru (0,77 mg/kg) dan Kamal Muara (0,86 mg/kg) sudah melebihi ambang batas yang ditetapkan oleh W AC 173-204-320. Namun demikian, kandungan Hg, Cd dan Pb pada kerang hijau budidaya di semua lokasi pengambilan sampel masih berada di bawah ambang batas yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Kepala BPOM No 8 Tahun 2018. Analisis batas aman konsumsi kerang hijau yang tercemar logam berat yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerang hijau baik di lokasi Cilincing, Kalibaru dan Kamal Muara masih aman dikonsumsi hingga 1 kg/minggu pada orang dewasa dengan berat badan rata-rata 60 kg. KATA KUNCI : batas aman konsumsi, logam berat, Perna viridis, Teluk Jakarta ABSTRACT Contamination of heavy metals can be accumulated in marine water, sediment and organisms.Marine organisms such as green mussels (Perna viridis) that were contaminated by heavy metals could be harmful to human health. This research aimed to determine heavy metals concentration in marine water, sediment and green mussels (P. viridis) at Jakarta Bay. Sampling was conducted at three aquaculture stations i.e. Cilincing, Kalibaru and Kamal Muara in rainy season in October 2016. The study showed that concentrations of Pb, Cd and Hg in marine water from Cilincing (0.368 mg/L of Pb; 0.007 mg/L of Cd; and 0.072 mg/L of Hg) and Kalibaru (0.422 mg/L of Pb; 0.005 mg/L of Cd; and 0.045 mg/L of Hg) were exceeded the standard quality criteria as regulated by Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 51/2004. The concentration of Hg in marine sediment from all of the sampling stations, i.e. Cilincing (0.85 mg/kg), Kalibaru (0.77 mg/kg) and Kamal Muara (0.86 mg/kg) have exceeded the safety limit as regulated by . However, the concentration of Hg, Cd and Pb in green mussels (P. viridis) from all of the sampling stations were still below the safety level set by the Regulation of Director Indonesia National Agency of Drug and Food Control No. 5, 2018.
