Sosial Media merupakan salah satu pilar penting di dalam teknologi informasi, dimana sosial media dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan sesuatu yang positif dan negative, sosial media juga dapat digunakan untuk memberikan komentar-komentar baik itu yang bersifat membangun secara positif atau menjatuhkan secara negative, dan terakhir sosial media dapat juga membuat seseorang mengalami hal-hal buruk akibat apa yang telah dilakukan oleh orang lain di dalam sosial media. Di dalam Jurnal ini, menciptakan “Netizen Development Methodology” yang memiliki manfaat untuk memberikan petunjuk positif terhadap para pengguna sosial media agar lebih positif dalam menggunakan media tersebut. Facebook dan Twitter, menjadi dua sosial media yang menjadi focus, di dalam jurnal ini tidak menggantikan apa yang sudah ada, tidak mengkritik para netizen dan juga tidak memberikan pendapat-pendapat negative tentang hal-hal yang sudah dilakukan oleh orang lain. Penelitian ini berusaha memberikan apa yang telah diciptakan agar digunakan sebagai masukkan terhadap para pengguna sosial media khususnya di Indonesia agar dapat menjadi lebih positif, agar menghasilkan solusi-solusi kreatif yang dapat membantu satu sama lain, sehingga dapat tercipta kedamaian dan kesatuan antar para pengguna sosial media. AbstrakSocial media adalah P2P, dimana kita banyak mengalami perubahan hidup, saat social media telah masuk ke dalam proses sehari-hari. social media menjadikan kita lebih cepat dan lebih efektif serta efesien dalam melakukan sesuatu, seperti: cara kita berkomunikasi, memperluas jaringan pertemanan untuk mengenal orang-orang baru dan koneksi, mengembangkan market melalui business online dan memberikan pengaruh kepada orang lain melalui kepemimpinan kita di social media. Artikel ini merupakan pengembangan dan pelatihan yang kita berikan di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang dengan mengacu pada hasil penelitian yang telah kami publikasikan sebelumnya. Siswa dan guru akan mampu memahami bagaimana cara memperluas produk/jasa yang ditawarkan oleh melalui business online, melalui lingkaran internal dan eksternal yang diperluas, berikutnya kita akan mampu memahami bagaimana cara menjadi seorang netizen yang bijaksana mulai dengan memiliki pengetahuan, data yang valid, contoh-contoh studi kasus dan implementasi serta solusi yang kita berikan sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan inovasi dalam memecahkan sebuah masalah. Lebih jauh lagi, kita akan memahami tipe-tipe kepemimpinan di social media, sehingga kita dapat mengetahui kita adalah tipe apa dalam hal memimpin dan memberikan pengaruh kepada orang lain melalui social media. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat, pelatihan dan penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi siswa dan guru dalam menghadapi globalisasi dan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai penggunaan social media secara lebih efektif, efesien, tepat sasaran dan mampu bersaing secara global. This article is a development and training that we provide at SMA Negeri 3 Semarang by referring to the research results that we have previously published. Students and teachers will be able to understand how to expand the products / services offered by online business, through expanded internal and external circles, then we will be able to understand how to become a wise netizen starting with having knowledge, valid data, examples- examples of case studies and implementation as well as solutions that we provide so that it will increase innovation in solving a problem. Furthermore, we will understand the types of leadership in social media, so that we can find out what type we are in terms of leading and influencing others through social media. The results of this community service, training and research are the increased competence of students and teachers in facing globalization and a deep understanding of the use of social media more effectively, efficiently, right on target and able to compete globally. -This research aimed to preserve Benthik traditional game using Benthix VR. Benthix VR used the Virtual Reality Interface Design (VRID) development model. The development phase of the VRID model started from High Level to Low-Level phase. The High-Level Design (HLD) phase consisted of identifying data elements and multiple objects, and modeling component objects. The output from the HLD phase would be input to the LowLevel Design (LLD) phase. The LLD phase was a phase of repetition and fine-tunes from the modeling of several component objects thoroughly. Testing of Benthix VR was conducted on 34 respondents with five assessment aspects. Those were enjoyment, realism, interactivity, usability, and impact. The average result of the questionnaire assessment of all aspects is 3,18824. These results indicate that users feel Benthix VR is comfortable, realistic, interactive, and fascinating. Moreover, they are also interested in playing Benthik in the real world after using the application.
This research discussed how e-commerce companies improve its competitiveness in the retail industry in Indonesia through innovative CRM. Blibli.com is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia that provides customers with innovative services to enhance its competitiveness with other e-commerce companies. This research also aimed to explore the strategies carried out by Blibli.com in developing its CRM. It used the 7s stages of McKinsey analytical methodology. The 7s stages of McKinsey was the excellent method of analyzing a company, regarding hard skills (Strategy, Structure, and System) and soft skills (Skill, Staff, and Style). This research finds that Blibli.com is an innovative CRM e-commerce. The analysis confirms that Blibli.com employs good strategies, structure, and system that lead to a competitive company. The company also provides training for its staffs, manages the staff and style properly. As a result, Blibli.com can widen its market, compete effectively with other e-commerce companies, and create a new market to gain big profits in the future.
Social media is one of the most important technologies at this moment. With the presence of social media, a significant change in communication occurs. Changes that arise can have two effects: positive and negative effects. Moreover, problems arise when social media is used unwise and to do negative tendencies. It creates a non-conducive environment. Therefore, a positive culture in social media must be developed and created. In developing a positive culture on social media, there are many challenges, such as different cultures in each country and even habits that have a high level of complexity, but it can be overcome by providing solutions on creating a positive culture on social media. This journal is a development of the journal: Development and Implementation of Wise Netizen (E-Comment) in Indonesia. Data collection method is by conducting surveys and interviews. The method used is Johari Window. This method produces four classifications of netizen: open netizen; blind netizen; hidden netizen and unknown netizen, where this classification can be used to find out what types of netizen are on social media. Furthermore, the results of this journal are a framework for creating a positive culture and developing netizen positively on social media called Culture Intelligence (CI3).
At this time, leadership and social media are two things that cannot be separated. Social media becomes an information technology media for leaders to be able to communicate about their vision and purpose. Therefore, leaders must be able to use social media effectively in order to influence the community with what they think. There are three problems caused by leaders in social media which are classified into three types such as narcissistic, compulsive and paranoid. These three things become big problems in leadership on social media and therefore, we need the formula to solve the problems. The Johari Window method is a method that has four perspectives in developing four leadership classifications such as open leaders, blind leaders, hidden leadership, and unknown leaders. If these three types and four classifications are put together, a framework will be produced called "Leadership Intelligence (CI2) Framework", the next one will produce a formula S = W.L2, where this formula will produce wise leaders on social media. This journal is the development of the journal Developing "Framework Intelligence (CI3)" Inside Social Media Using Johari Window Methods and The Development and Implementation of Wise Netizen (E-Comment) In Indonesia. As a result, this journal will give an answer and solve the problem of an ethical leader on social media and how to decrease a hoax that can affect the leader on social media. This research will continue until it produces a CI1 formula that will combine culture and leadership into a social media formula in generating positive communication, creating a positive culture and making a big impact on society.
