Work stress occurs when the demands of the job do not match with capabilities, resources, needs and worker discontent. One of the effects of work stress is increased blood pressure. This study was performed to determine the effect of work stress on the increased of blood pressure in press cutting PT.X. This study is analytical study which is explain the influence work stress to increase of blood pressure. This study using cross sectional methodology. The population of this study is people who work at press cutting PT. X who ammount to 40 persons. The sampling technique is total sampling. In order to knowing the influence of work stress to increase of blood pressure that is using logistic regression and then that is explanning at naration and tables. The result of this study show that from 40 respondent 35.00 % getting work stress. Respondent who get work stress and increased the blood preasure is 25.00 % from 40 respondent. And also that is showing mean of blood pressure and increase blood pressure respondent’s who get work stres higher than respondent who do not get work stress. Using logistic regression obtain Exp(B)= 5.625. It is showing at worker who get work stress have risk of increase blood pressure higher than do not get work stress. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya siswa yang belum maksimal dalam mengenal bangun datar pada pembelajaran matematika kelas II di SD Negeri 1 Mataram Kec. Gadingrejo Kab. Pringsewu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kemampuan mengenal geometris bangun datar melalui metode demonstrasi permainan tradisional engklek dalam pembelajaran matematika. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan True Experimental Design berupa Posttest Only Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SD Negeri 1 Mataram yang berjumlah 43 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah 43 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes deskripsi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik perbandingan. Mengacu pada dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk pengujian hipotesis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 4,435 t-tabel 2,074, artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan: Terbukti bahwa “Ada kemampuan mengenal bangun datar geometris melalui metode demonstrasi permainan tradisional engklek. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in animal life cycle material in class IV Elementary school through the application of quantum teaching models. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of: 1) Planning, 2) Action, 3) Observation, 4) Reflection, by making class IV Elementary school as research subjects. The results of the first cycle test average class achievement 54.58, there are 11 students who completed (45.83%) are in the less category, with a mastery of classical learning 70%. While the results of the second cycle test increased, with an average achievement of 90.41 in the excellent category, there were 22 students who completed (91.66%) with a classical learning completeness of 70%. So, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increased by 45.83% or as many as 11 students.
Career guidance delivered through classical guidance is important to note in order to support the success of students in careers in the future. Nevertheless, there is still limited material that is appropriate and in accordance with the needs of students that can be used as a reference or basis by the Guidance and Counseling teacher in providing classical guidance in career fields to students. This study aims to find the right material and as needed for classical guidance in the career fields of students. Samples in this study amounted to 353 from 14 public high schools. The research method used is descriptive quantitative through the INATBKBK questionnaire method to collect research data. These 10 topics are the basis of material and references that can be used and developed by counseling guidance teachers in the delivery of career guidance through classical guidance to children. With the existence of concrete material for career guidance, career guidance provided through classical guidance is expected to help students to more mature in preparing for the career they will pursue in the future.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana Implementasi Culturally Responsive Teaching Pada Materi Bentuk Bangun Ruang Kelas 1 SDN Pandean Lamper 04 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tahapan-tahapan penelitian adalah melakukan observasi motivasi belajar siswa, mengisi jurnal refleksi guru dan siswa. Hasil dari analisis perencanaan memperoleh hasil (P1) 85,19%, (P2) 72,22%, (P3) 85,19%, (P4) 84,26%, (P5) 97,22%, (P6) 84,26%, (P7) 98,15% (P8) 90,74% (P9) 81,48% (P10) 87,96 % (P11) 96,30% (P12) 95,37% (P13) 89,81% (P14) 76,85% (P15) 81,48%. Implementasi Culturally Responsive Teaching dilakukan dengan tahap penelitian dan tahap pembelajaran di kelas.
