Land changes in urban areas are a common thing. Along with the increase in economic activity, the population also increased and resulted in changes in land use. This results in uncomfortable, unsafe and inefficient urban conditions. This problem can be anticipated by predicting changes in land cover, from the result of prediction of landcover, the direction of urban growth will be known. The purpose of this research is to analyse and modelling land use changes and to predict the urban growth. One methodology for modelling land cover is to use the Cellular Automata model. Using land cover data from Landsat Satellite Imagery in 1999 and 2009, it can predict that land cover in 2019 until 2031, after calculating the validity value using a kappa accuracy test of 0.79. Results of the model are that development of the city of Cirebon leads to the southern part of the District of Harjamukti. It happens because, in the area of Harjamukti District, there is a lot of lands that can convert into developed land.
Cikole Village, Lembang Sub-district, West Bandung District is a distaster-prone area, since it is located on Lembang fault, an active tectonic. The village has population density around 879 people/ sq. km and the majority of them are vegetable growers, therefore most of their time is spent in agriculture land. National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) through Government Regulation (PP) number 2 year 2018 regarding Minimum service standards for disaster management requirements, issued indicators for assessing disaster resilient villages. Due to the potential of disaster, then it is necessary to describe the community's knowledge of their preparedness to become a disaster resilient village. The aim of this study is to describe the phenomenon of disaster preparedness indicators based on gender. The method used qualitative study with rationalistic approach from the grand concept of resilient village published by BNPB. Data were collected from questionnaire distribution and were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The result shows there is a different readiness between men and women in Cikole village, therefore it is necessary to establish a local community forum as a pillar of the Disaster Resilient Village. Keywords: Cikole Lembang, Disaster Resillient Village, GenderAbstrak. Abstract. The regulations regarding to the
Physical space or called tangible spaces are spaces that can be physically captured by the senses while nonphysical or intangible space is a space that is not caught by the senses. Anthropological research argues that the first 'double built' space is a physical building and the second is a result of interpretation of taste and imagination (Gieryn, in Short, 2015). Kanoman palace and Kacirebonan palace is a palace located in the city of Cirebon. The two palaces not only physically still have the form of a palace building but also still have mystics believed by the community as an integral part of human life. The purpose of this paper is to show tangible space and intangible space in both palaces as part of the meaning of the palace. The method used is the research method of Husserl phenomenology and conducting the review literature from the results of the themes that appear especially space in both palaces. The result shows that these two palaces have different spatial arrangements and different building arrangements but the direction of the northward winds into the sacred position of the palace. The position is related to the position of the tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati as an ancestor and founder of the palace in Cirebon. The position is manifested as intangible space palaces in Cirebon.K eywords: tangible space, intangible space, kanoman palace, kacirebonan palace.
The Kanoman Palace has primordial tradition that remains authentic. This local value is new knowledge that must be preserved and considered as indigenous knowledge. In accordance to the mandate of UNESCO in Habitat III regarding “culture and heritage” in 2015, that being attentive to culture in urban development is very urgent because it has an impact on the attractiveness of the city, but this mandate has not been contained on the spatial planning documents of Cirebon City. As a result, the indigenous knowledge will be lost in time and reduces the attractiveness of the city. The purpose of this research is to describe the substance of authenticity in the local wisdom value of the Palaces in Cirebon, but it emphasizes more on the authenticity of the Kanoman Palace. The approach method used is rationalistic approach, through qualitative descriptive analysis, from the findings of previous research which then identified the parameter of authenticity in Cirebon Palaces. The implication of this study can be considered as input to the government in Cirebon City, particularly the Office of Spatial Planning to include the local wisdom value substance as a legal document in the spatial planning of Cirebon City.
The Karuhan Urang Customary Community (Masyarakat Adat Karuhun Urang– AKUR) from Cigugur is one of the communities that still adhere to Sunda Wiwitan beliefs. This community has mutual respect for the religious views of others. At the Seren Taun ceremony, people from various religions attend and pray together in Paseban Tri Panca Tunggal as an effort to preserve the cultural heritage of the community’s ancestor. Other efforts to preserve their culture surfaced when a company wanted to acquire land for geothermal exploitation. Collectively, the community refused to release the area to ensure the preservation of their settlement concept. The research aims to reveal the underlying structure in the community settlement system as a manifestation of the community’s transcendental awareness. This article reveals the meaning of space by exploring the surface structure of form and function of community culture. Moreover, the paper assesses community awareness by interpreting deep structures. The findings show that the persistence of settlement space was inspired by the great respect of the community for their ancestors. Furthermore, the teachings of their ancestors are embedded in the community’s unconsciousness and govern their values of culture, nationality, and religion. As a result, strong tolerance manifests in a sense of universal brotherhood.
Abstract-The development of games that exist today so rapidly and become part of the lifestyle. Puzzle game is a game application to hone the thinking ability, where the user must arrange the puzzle by shifting the pieces of the picture with the shortest time to get the highest score. In this game, users can choose two levels of puzzle game that is 3X3 or 4X4 and choose the puzzle image you want to play. This puzzle game also aims to increase knowledge about the various kinds of fire engines and their utilities. This is the author's reason for creating this game app. This game uses the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method applied to shuffle puzzles at the beginning of the game. User-earned scores depend on the time the user completes the puzzle, every 30 seconds first score 100, then the next 30 seconds the score decreases to 90 and so on. The faster the user completes the puzzle the higher the score will be. This fire fighting puzzle game uses the Android operating system.
