Abstrak-Pipa bawah laut merupakan suatu teknologi transportasi yang digunakan untuk mengangkut produk hidrokarbon. Industri minyak dan gas telah membuktikan bahwa penggunakan pipa bawah laut merupakan cara yang paling ekonomis untuk memindahkan fluida dalam skala besar. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis on-bottom stability dan local buckling pada pipa bawah laut dari platform ULA menuju platform UW milik PT.PHE ONWJ. Analisis on-bottom stability bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pipa bawah laut stabil secara vertikal dan lateral di dasar laut pada saat terkena beban hidrodinamis. Analisis local buckling bertujuan untuk menentukan panjang maksimum free span yang diijinkan agar pipa tidak mengalami buckling. Besar gaya horizontal pada kondisi instalasi dan operasi masing-masing adalah 405 N/m dan 1119 N/m. Besar gaya vertikal pada kondisi instalasi dan operasi masing-masing adalah 138 N/m dan 1058 N/m. Besar gaya tahanan tanah pada kondisi instalasi dan operasi masing-masing adalah 111 N/m dan 121 N/m. Hasil analisis absolute lateral static menunjukkan pipa bawah laut tidak stabil secara lateral pada kondisi instalasi dan operasi karena berat terendam aktual lebih kecil dari berat terendam minimum yang harus dipenuhi agar stabil. Hasil analisis generalized parameter menunjukkan pipa bawah laut tidak stabil secara lateral pada kondisi operasi, namun stabil secara lateral pada kondisi instalasi. Panjang free span pipa bawah laut maksimum yang diijinkan agar tidak terjadi local buckling adalah 50 m.
Reparasi kapal merupakan sebuah proyek yang singkat dalam prosesnya sehingga waktu merupakan elemen kritis sebagai parameter penyelesaian. Keterlambatan waktu merupakan suatu peristiwa yang dapat terjadi pada setiap proyek. Suatu proyek cenderung mengalami keterlambatan apabila buruknya manajemen proyek dan juga kesalahankesalahan yang disebabkan oleh sumber daya manusia didalamnya. Studi ini menganalisa faktor penyebab keterlambatan pada proyek reparasi kapal MV. Blossom dengan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) serta membuat rencana baru penjadwalan proyek agar dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan supaya proyek dapat selesai sesuai dengan jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM). Dari hasil analisa metode FTA didapatkan tiga peluang basic event penyebab utama keterlambatan proyek sebesar 0.33196 untuk peralatan kerja terbatas, 0.22502 untuk peralatan jarang dirawat, dan 0.12393 untuk jumlah tenaga kerja kurang. Untuk hasil penjadwalan ulang dengan CPM didapatkan bahwa proyek dapat selesai dalam waktu 41 hari yang semula berdurasi 101 hari. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha yang tepat. Sedangkan dalam proses mendapatkan variasi strategi pengembangan usaha, akan ditentukan juga kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari faktor eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Untuk mendapatkan faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan maka dilakukan dengan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC), sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor peluang dan ancaman untuk perusahaan dilakukan dengan metode 4C Diamond Analysis. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan analisa External Factor Analysis summary (EFAS) dan Internal Factor Analysis summary (IFAS), didapatkan posisi perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan TOWS matriks nantinya akan didapat variasi jenis strategi. Lalu dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) akan dapat ditentukan strategi mana yang paling sesuai dengan keadaan perusahaan. Sesuai hasil perhitungan AHP, maka strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan agar terus dapat bersaing dengan bobot prioritas 0,17.
