O presente estudo trata de apresentar os principais resultados da aplicação da Metodologia PGPC -Programa de Gestão por Competências em projeto de consultoria realizado junto a CGE -Controladoria e Ouvidoria Geral do Estado do Ceará, pautado pelo relato de experiência por meio de metodologia de domínio exclusivo do IAGEE -Instituto de Avaliação, Gestão e Educação, com as seguintes etapas operacionais: 1) Desenvolvimento de diagnóstico situacional da gestão por competências; 2) Mapeamento das competêncais organizacionais; 3) Mapeamento e perfil das competências profissionais; e 4) Plano de implantação e acompannhamento. Aqui, serão abordadas apenas as etapas 1 e 2, com ênfase nas competências organizacionais. O atual contexto de pós-pandemia da Covid-19 impactou para que os resultados do diagnóstico fossem contributivos para essa fase de adaptação da organização para o advento de um processo de gestão por competências no órgão em conformidade com o seu planejamento estratégico. Os resultados da etapa 2 do PGPC demonstrou o mapeamento de 13 (treze) competências organizacionais na CGE Ceará.
Este constructo aborda a origem das tecnologias educacionais, como emergiram no decurso histórico-filosófico da concepção de novas metodologias de ensino, com vistas a atingirem resultados que influenciem de maneira positiva a sociedade buscando conhecimento científico transposto à empiria. Assim, a pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar a percepção dos docentes do PARFOR sobre o ensino remoto, com base no emprego das tecnologias. No experimento, foram adotadas as competências digitais para o professor no ensino remoto, por intermédio do modelo de Garcia et al. (2020), por ser gerado para os professores atendidos no PARFOR e por basear-se no aspecto relacional entre o docente e o aluno. Nesta demanda, nota-se que a emergência do ensino remoto fez aflorar fragilidades formativas nos professores, surgindo, então, o grande desafio, configurado em passar do sistema presencial para o modus operandi virtual.
As metodologias ativas têm destaque no desenvolvimento da autonomia e do protagonismo do estudante estimulando sua conscientização e participação no processo de ensino e aprendizagem enquanto os professores se tornam facilitadores, introduzindo os alunos na construção do conhecimento. Na educação corporativa o treinando é o maior responsável pelo aprendizado cabendo ao instrutor desenvolver diferentes estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem direcionando o desenvolvimento do treinando de forma consciente. Através da gestão de pessoas, a educação corporativa incentiva o treinando a desenvolver a capacidade de aprender de forma autônoma, participativa e contínua aliando as estratégias organizacionais e pessoais. Neste sentido, o artigo, buscou delinear e realizar pesquisa sobre modelos de metodologias ativas e suas aplicações junto a profissionais de educação corporativa. Para isso, utiliza-se uma amostra de 36 (trinta e seis) profissionais atuantes na cidade de Fortaleza/CE. Os dados foram tratados por meio da técnica de Análise Fatorial Exploratória (AFE) e indicam que as metodologias ativas permitem, aos educandos vivenciar experiências quanto a liberdade, iniciativa, interesse, responsabilidade pela avaliação da aprendizagem, diagnostico e treinamento.

Este artigo apresenta uma experiência avaliativa de programa de desenvolvimento de equipes unto aos docentes do Senac no Ceará. Conduzida por pesquisadores e especialistas, adotou-se a metodologia quadripolar de De Bruyne, Herman e Schoutheete, tendo como polo epistemológico o pensamento de Dewey, Kilpatrick e Schön. No campo teórico, explora-se o desenvolvimento de equipes e a avaliação de programas educacionais. No eixo morfológico, demonstra-se o modelo Programa de Desenvolvimento de Equipes (Prode). No polo técnico, demonstram-se os resultados da avaliação na percepção dos facilitadores e dos docentes.
