Manufacturing companies in Indonesia support the government’s role in the development of the economic growth in the country. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused problems in making a profit. Therefore, the main problem of this study is to find out and analyze how net profit margin and earning per share affect stock return. Second, knowing and analyzing capital structure as an intervening variable that relates the effect of net profit margin and earning per share to stock return. This study explores the theoretical model and empirical results of how net profit margin and earning per share affects stock return through capital structure. The sampling method was carried out using the purposive sampling method, a data source collection technique that determines the sample with certain considerations. There were 25 companies that were sampled in this study. The data processing was done by multiple linear regression analysis. From various empirical results, there is still little research on the ability of capital structure as a intervening variable to analyze manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is expected to contribute to further research and facilitate the government to approach the development of manufacturing companies to encourage the economy. Meanwhile, investors can be informed about the company’s stock return. The importance of this research can be useful for companies in providing solutions on how to increase net profit margin and earning per share by increasing stock return through capital structure factors. This study aimed to measure the effect of red onion extract (Allium cepa) and green bean sprouts (Vigna radiata) on the growth of kebiul plants through cuttings with a comparison of synthetic growth regulators (Rootone-F) and control (without treatment). The research method used RAL (4 treatments, 12 replications) with an observation time of 6 weeks (12 observations) and measurements were made in the afternoon. Observation parameters were the number of seedlings growing, the number of shoots, time of shoot growth, shoot growth rate and the number of leaves. The results showed that the treatment with onion extract and mung bean sprouts better responded to the number of seedlings grown, number of shoots, shoot growth time, shoot growth rate and number of leaves compared to Rootone-F treatment and control. In conclusion, the administration of onion extract and mung bean sprouts could accelerate the growth of kebiul cuttings. Keywords: Shallots, Kebiul, Cuttings, Green Bean Sprouts
This study aimed to measure the effect of Bambusa vulgaris var and Musa paradisiaca extract on Kebiul (Caesalpinia sp) cuttings were compared with synthetic PGR (Rootone-F) and controls. This research was conducted for six weeks (March-April 2021). Kebiul is a traditional medicinal plant that used by Bengkulunese but mostly they only harvest from nature without cultivating the plant. Bamboo shoots (B. vulgaris var) and banana hump (M. paradisaca) extract are natural PGRs that are commonly used. The content of gibberellins in bamboo plays a role in breaking dormancy, while cytokinins in bananas play a role in increasing cell growth and development. The results showed that the treatment of B.vulgaris var and M.paradisaca extracts gave a good response to the number of growing , number of shoots, growth time, growth rate, and number of leaves. The giving of extracts of B.vulgaris var and M. paradisaca was able to accelerate the growth of kebiul cuttings.
This study aims to study consumer behavior through purchasing decisions, in this study identifying product quality factors, price perceptions, store image, which in the literature study this factor influences purchasing decisions. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample size of 100 respondents, the data is obtained through a questionnaire distributed with the provisions of consumers who have bought products or visited the aji jaya makmur Gresik store, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression which will further test the hypothesis. The results showed that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Aji Jaya Makmur where the results show a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a significance value smaller than 0.05 and t count 4.254 greater than t table 1.984. Price Perception has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Aji Jaya Makmur where the variable t value found a significance level of 0.019 <0.05 and a significance value smaller than 0.05 t count 2.382 greater than t table 1.960. Meanwhile, store image has no effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Aji Jaya Makmur where the significance level is 0.864 greater than 0.05. t count 0.864 is smaller than t table 1.984 and the significance value is greater than 0.05, based on these findings, it shows that product quality has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions, so it is important for Aji Jaya Makmur Gresik stores to always pay attention to the quality of their products to keep consumers from switching to competitors.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, capital structure and financial distress on stock returns. The sample is a manufacturing company listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2021. The sampling method was carried out using the convenience sampling method, namely the sample was determined with certain considerations so that 38 companies were selected. Data analysis procedure with multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that partially, capital structure and financial distress have a positive and significant effect on stock returns; while CSR disclosure proved to have no significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, the three independent variables analyzed proved to have a significant effect on stock returns.
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Assidiqiyah Ciledug. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 56 responden yang merupakan guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Assidiqiyah Ciledug. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of service quality on operational effectiveness in e-banking. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected from the e-banking user community. Primary data in the form of written questions in the form of a questionnaire given to 150 respondents. Respondents were selected based on Non Probability Sampling. The independent variable in this study is service quality (X1), while the dependent variable in this study is the operational effectiveness of e-banking services (Y). The results of this study can be concluded that the service quality variable plays a role in the operational effectiveness of e-banking services.
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and the value of each service quality indicator on the satisfaction of Transjakarta public transportation users during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study are users of Transjakarta transportation services in the Jabodetabek area whose numbers are not known with certainty. The sample in the study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The results showed that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Transjakarta users during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the value of each service indicator also has a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of Transjakarta users during the COVID-19 pandemic.
