Development of globalization impact to a strict competition between the companies. This lead the Human Resources factor into a crucial role in maintaining, directing and developing the company. Therefore, every company needs employees who are bound by their job. One of the things that can encourage the formation of relationship between the employee is perceived organizational support. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study were 139 permanent employees who were still working or were not taking time off from work with a minimum term of one year and the last education was diploma. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Collecting the data using the scale adaptation of Survey of Perceived Organizational Support with 17-item version (α= .91) and a scale adaptation of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with 17-item version (α= .95). The results of data analysis using pearson product moment correlation technique that showed a positive relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh (rxy = .30, p < .05). The higher of perceived organizational support to the employee, likewise the higher bound of employee or otherwise.
Distance learning has an impact on decreasing university students’ motivation to learn. Meanwhile, learning motivation is fundamental in the distance learning process. Learning motivation correlates with internal factors such as self-efficacy and emotional intelligence and external factors such as parental social support. This study aimed to find alternative factors that support learning motivation and examine the relationship between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and parental social support with learning motivation in university students carrying out distance learning during the COVID-9 pandemic. The study used quantitative research with the correlational research type involving undergraduate students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with a total of 408 students. The Academic Motivation Scale-Short version (AMS) was used to measure learning motivation, the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used to measure self-efficacy, the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQUE-SF) was used to measure emotional intelligence, and the parental social support scale compiled by Fitrotin was used to measure parental social support. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study found that self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and parental social support had a relationship with learning motivation. This was indicated by the positive value of Beta=27.284, p-value of 0.000 (p <0.005), the regression (F value) of 36.569, the correlation (R)= 0.467, and the effective contribution to learning motivation of 21.8%. Programs to increase self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and parental social support are important to increase motivation.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh self esteem dan trust terhadap self disclosure pengguna aplikasi kencan online. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 325 responden. Teknik penetapan sampel ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan tiga jenis kuisioner yang mengukur self disclosure, self esteem dan trust. Teknik analisa data menggunakan korelasi spearman dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara self esteem dan self disclosure rho= 0,394; p=0,000). Serta terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara trust dan self disclosure (rho=0,475; p=0,000). Dalam hal ini self esteem mempengaruhi self disclosure sebesar 15,5%, sedangkan trust mempengaruhi self disclosure sebesar 22,5%.
