Taro Tourism Village offers a natural setting and the potential to attract tourists. The natural rural atmosphere with a cold climate may support the growth of numerous types of horticultural plants, both flowers and foliage, in this environment. However, the community has not been able to fully harness this enormous natural potential. To overcome this gap, flower arrangement training is essential to be conducted by involving local materials available in the village area. By having basic skills in the field of basic floral arrangement, the community can fill the decoration needs for tourism activities that have been difficult to obtain. In addition, this activity aims to stimulate interest in entrepreneurship from the village community by initiating the formation of a business unit in the floral sector through collaboration with tourism attraction managers in Taro Tourism Village and the Indonesian Flower Association. In this activity, data was collected through participatory observation techniques and open questionnaires to participants who are part of a tourism awareness group. At the end of the activity, it was discovered that the participants' satisfaction index was high, and it was hoped that more intensive assistance could be scheduled for the next activity to measure the success of the business units that had been formed.
