A simulation model of brushless DC motor (BLDC) control and diagnostics is considered. The model has been developed using a freeware complex "Modeling in technical devices". Faults and diagnostic parameters of BLDC are analyzed. A logicallinguistic diagnostic model of BLDC has been developed on basis of fuzzy logic. The calculated rules determine dependence of technical condition on diagnostic parameters, their trends and utilized lifetime of BLDC. Experimental results of BLDC technical condition diagnostics are discussed. It is shown that in the course of BLDC degradation the motor condition change depends on diagnostic parameter values.K e y w o r d s: brushless DC
The design of elliptic trajectories of kinematic mechanisms by classical method is a challenge. New method is proposed. Theoretical tests were conducted on a method. It can not be used for scaling and rotation. Some limitations are revealed as well. Geometric modeling showed the method can be applied to arbitrary curves. It should be noted that the theoretical and modeling researches of arbitary curves is not full. Simple robot was designed for processing ellipses. The design of the stand was assembled from aluminum profiles, linear modules and fasteners RK Rose + Krieger. Experiments have shown a difference between the theoretical and actual trajectory less than 5%. The error of stationing was 8,5% before using of the direct analytical method.
Test results of axial shift of “technical ceramics - glass” parts in taper interference fit joint under axial loading are presented. The load-carrying capacity was tested under normal conditions; a servo press was used to load the test samples. The tested samples were assembled by thermal method.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
