During the pandemic situation, take interest to indirect compensation in order to maintain employee performance becomes very important while increasing direct compensation will be difficult. The purpose of this study is to find out the significance effect of indirect compensation toward employee performance based on criteria of Byars and Rue’ indirect compensation model and Sedarmayanti’s employee performance model. Mixed method is chosen in this research to study the employee perception of Daluman Vila using questionnaire with census method and elaborate it with interview result. The quantitative data is then analyzed using simple regression test, meanwhile the qualitative data is analyzed using descriptive analysis and triangulation. The result shows that employees supporting facilities in indirect compensation criteria, and initiative in employee performance, obtained lowest score. To improve these aspects, evaluation related to supporting employee facilities and designing employee performance indicator for Daluman Villa personal use are suggested to be done.
Employee satisfaction level is important to be maintained at the workplace to make them performed well at the workplace. This research focuses on the level of satisfaction at Daluman Villa. The level of employee satisfaction was analyzed using Gruneberg theory as the fundamental theory in constructing this research. The data obtained were collected from the questionnaire distribution and interview. The questionnaire data obtained were tested its validity and reliability using SPSS system and Cronbach’s Alpha. The data obtained were discussed by using descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The result from the research is most employees are satisfied with the indicators stated by Gruneberg theory. To Daluman Villa, it could be suggested that they should maintaining the good practices that have been done in order to keep the employees satisfied with their job, thus their performance and productivity would be maintained as well, or even enhanced.
The aims of this study were to (1) analyze the influence of service quality to customer loyalty, (2) analyze the influence of service quality to customer satisfaction, (3) analyze the influence of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty, and (4) analyze the influence of service quality to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediating variabel in Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali. This study used questionnaires as the data collection techniques which were distributed to 100 guests who have stayed at Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali as the respondents of this study. Data were analyzed quantitatively using classic assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, path analysis and analysis of determination. The result of this study indicated (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (? = 0,257; t-value = 2,638; p < 0,05), (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (? = 0,964; t-value = 30,814; p < 0,05), (3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (? = 0,252; t-value = 2,617; p < 0,05) and (4) customer satisfaction has a partial mediating on the positive and significant relationship between service quality on customer loyalty ? = 0,961; t-value = 29,552; p < 0,05).
This study sees and analyzes the direct effect of e-WOM on visit intention and destination image, the direct effect of destination image on visit intention, and the indirect effect of e-WOM on visit intention through destination image. The methods of this study used a quantitative approach. I collected data through online questionnaires with a total sample of 200 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive accidental sampling. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that e-WOM has no direct effect and an insignificant positive relationship on visit intention, e-WOM has a positive and significant direct effect on destination image, destination image has a positive and significant direct effect on visit intention, and e-WOM has a positive and significant indirect effect on visit intention through destination image or destination image became a mediator between e-WOM and visit intention.
Kawasan wisata Masceti di Desa Medahan, Blahbatuh, Kabupaten Gianyar, merupakan kawasan wisata berbasis budaya yang dikembangkan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitarnya. Bila meninjau dari tujuan pokok tersebut, Kawasan Wisata Masceti yang merupakan kawasan wisata berbasis budaya memiliki dualisme fungsi, yaitu sebagai (1) Kawasan Pariwisata, serta sebagai (2) Penyedia lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitarnya. Sehingga dalam pengelolaannya, kawasan Masceti di Desa Medahan ini membutuhkan strategi pengembangan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menfokuskan kepada strategi pengembangan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung dan nilai ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mixed method) dengan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat) untuk menguji analisa data yang ada dari hasil teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Sehingga demikian, akan dapat diketahui faktor pendukung dari peningkatan jumlah pengunjung dan nilai ekonomi masyarakat Desa Medahan, Gianyar. Sehingga Kawasan wisata Masceti dapat memenuhi kebutuhan (needs) dan keinginan (wants) dari wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kawasan wisata tersebut. Dan untuk strategi peningkatan nilai ekonomi masyarakat agar dibuatkan perencanaan kegiatan ekonomi yang dapat memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.
