This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (3) To determine the effect of the working environment and motivation to work together on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling technique, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 19.0. The results showed that: (1) The working environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that a conducive working environment will be increased job satisfaction. (2) Motivation of work has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that high motivation will be able to increase job satisfaction, (3) The work and motivation to work together to have a significant impact on job satisfaction; the influence is 34.9%. (2) Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya motivasi yang tinggi akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Business competition is getting tougher making the marketing mix used as a tool for tactical marketing tools that can be controlled to produce the desired response in the target market. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of marketing mix-7Ps on consumer satisfaction for the elderly in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique produced 70 respondents. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) empirically proven products, prices, distributions, promotions, and processes have a significant influence on customer satisfaction; meaning that the better the product, price, distribution, promotion and process, the more customer satisfaction increases. (2) Empirically proven physical facilities and people do not affect consumer satisfaction; meaning that physical facilities and people do not significantly result in customer satisfaction. Thus the findings of this study prove that physical facilities and people are not the main ones in consuming a product, but the most important thing is the quality of the product itself which can be used according to its function.

Tourism plays an important role in increasing the use of labor. The hospitality industry is the biggest part of the world of tourism. The study aims to analyze the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Jaktour employees, which is one of the hospitality companies seen from the organizational culture, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment. The research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is employees, taking samples using simple random sampling technique obtained 237 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS software which was previously tested by the model. The results of research show that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and communication skills on organizational commitment. There is also a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and commitment to OCB, and there is a significant and negative influence between communication skills and OCB and there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and communication skills on OCB mediated by organizational commitment. The findings of the study suggest that organizational culture and communication skills did not show any significant results, meaning that communication skills did not support OCB. It is expected that the next researcher can deepen the research with different objects, while paying attention to communication skills. D. This paper performs an investigation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) head of the biMBA-AI-UEO unit in DKI Jakarta Province, which is a franchise brand of kindergarten schools in Jakarta. The purpose of the research, is to know and analyze: the direct influence of Organizational Justice on OCB unit head biMBA-AIUEO; the direct influence of Work Involvement on OCB; the direct influence of Organizational Justice on the Work Involvement, and the indirect effect of Organizational Justice on OCB head of the biMBA-AIUEO unit, with Work Involvement as mediation. The study used 140 samples of head of the biMBA-AIUEO unit in DKI Jakarta Province, and collected data by distributing questionnaires. The research uses quantitative methods and data processing using the path analysis. The results of this study prove that Organizational Justice had a positive and significant direct effect on OCB. Organizational Justice that are treated well can be perceived positively for employees to increase their OCB. Research results from work involvement have positive and significant effects on OCB. Even, Work Involvement has the most influence on OCB. This confirms that, high work involvement will also increase their OCB. Likewise, the results of the organization justice have a positive effect on work involvement. This reflects, that employees who are treated fairly by the organization will feel happy and can be a stimulus for them to be more actively involved in work. Whereas Organizational Justice has a positive and significant indirect effect on OCB through the mediation of Work Involvement. Employees who are treated fairly will feel happy, so they can stimulate themselves actively involved in work. This condition then, inspires and stimulates subordinates willing to do extra work that reflects OCB.

The Indonesian National Army is an integral part of the Indonesia Archipelago. As the national component, the Army has the main task of maintaining the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity of the unitary state. Therefore it needs high-quality human resources. The aim of the research was examining the real motivational factors behind the positive attitude of The Indonesian Army Academic Staff. The study applied a Rasch Model method. The Rasch Model Analysis was used to examine the research variable based on its dimensions and indicators. The research results show that team-building development process has been successfully proven, based on the research results. The Rasch Model analysis also shows that team-spirit among The Indonesian National Army members is very solid. It is the most satisfactory factor that creates positive task-attitude among the army academic staff. At the same time, the promotion is the most challenging factor to agree with among them.

PeneIitian ini merupakan peneIitian kuantitatif dengan data primer, structuraI equation modeIing (sem) digunakan untuk menganaIisis data yang teIah didapat dari PT Matahari. Berdasarkan kriteria yang teIah ditentukan, peneIiti mendapatkan 200 data responden yang dianaIisis dengan menggunakan software amos. HasiI peneIitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja, kecerdasan emosionaI dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta kepuasan dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya kerja dan kecerdasan emosionaI terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB, dan juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah serta gaya transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala likert yang telah diuji kesalahan dan kehandalannya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analisis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti bahwa ada pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 9,6 %, adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 62,2 %, adanya pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 24,0 %, adanya pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK sebesar 20,3 %, dan adanya pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi guru SMK sebesar 67,1 %. Dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan agar Kepala Sekolah seluruh SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB agar memperbaiki budaya sekolah, menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, serta terus menerus memberikan motivasi kerja kepada para guru-guru demi meningkatkan kinerja guru SMK sehingga tercipta sekolah yang berkualitas baik siswa maupun tenaga pengajar di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of school culture, the influence of transformational leadership styles, the influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province, and also to prove the influence of school culture and transformational style on the work motivation of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale measuring instrument that has been tested for errors and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of this study are proof that there is a positive influence of school culture on the performance of SMK teachers is at 9,6 %, the influence of transformational leadership styles on the performance of SMK teachers is at 62.2 %, there is a positive influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers is at 24,0 %, there is a positive influence of school culture on SMK teacher work motivation is at 20,3 %. There is a positive influence of the transformational leadership style on SMK teacher motivation is at 67,1 %. From the results of data analysis in this study, the authors suggest to Head Masters of all SMK in Lombok Island, NTB Province to improve school culture, apply transformational leadership styles, and continuously provide work motivation to teachers in order to improve the performance of SMK teachers so that schools that are good quality students and teachers on the island of Lombok, NTB Province.
