Kepuasan kerja guru menjadi salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan, apabila guru merasakan kepuasan dalam dalam bekerja, maka akan tercipta semangat kerja yang tinggi sehingga tujuan sekolah dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Banyak usaha yang telah dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru. Diantaranya adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi yang sesuai, melengkapi dan menyiapkan berbagai sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan guru dalam mengajar, memberikan motivasi kepada guru dan lain sebagainya. Namun, usaha yang sudah dilaksanakan tampaknya belum memperlihatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru pada SMA Swasta Perkumpulan Amal Bakti 4 Sampali Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The low performance of teachers is a problem currently faced by educational institutions. In the midst of increasingly complex demands for mastery of competencies, the role of teachers as learning facilitators is important in facilitating students to achieve the competencies needed in the global era like today. Through research that aims to determine the influence of factors that contribute to teacher performance, namely the managerial skills of principals and work motivation, it is hoped that they will be able to become the basis for making policy innovations that can increase teacher productivity and performance. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 128 teachers. The questionnaire is the data collection instrument used in research activities. The collected data is then analyzed using a regression formula in accordance with the variables to be tested. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of principal managerial skills on teacher performance by 77.1%, other factors are motivation, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance is 74.6%, and for the two variables principal managerial skills and work motivation are variable. jointly affect teacher performance by 87.7%. From the findings in this study, it can be concluded that fluctuations in teacher performance fluctuations are strongly influenced by the managerial dynamics of school principals and teacher work motivation. The problem in this study is how the effect of work conflict, work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Representative Office of the Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) North Sumatra. This study aims to determine partially the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress affect employee job satisfaction and the effect of work conflict, work environment, and job stress simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. associative and quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated sample to 84 permanent employees. The data collection technique used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research uses classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used statistical software SPPS 20. The results showed that based on the results of the t test, the conflict variable partially had a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the results of the f test in this study, simultaneously the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress have an effect on employee job satisfaction.
